I bought my second 36" mini foldable trampoline this year after my old one fell to bits and the noise was deafening, (however it did last almost 1 year of daily use)....however after only a couple of weeks of use this one started sagging in the middle, the mat became really soft and didn't have much bounce and the noise is awful, (yet again) the springs squeak really loudly! I e-mailed the company, (no response) so I messaged them on FB many times and eventually they replied and said I should send it back to them for repair? I said it would cost me a lot of money to do that and since then I have had no response. I even tried phoning, but no response! This might not be the most expensive trampoline, however it should be fit for purpose and it is not. I only bought this same model as I live on a small boat and it is the only one that will fit inside.

Very happy with service
I ordered an item on 21/1/19 and I received the item today 23/1/19. I was kept up to date with the whereabouts of my parcel and was notified that I would be receiving it today. I am really happy with the item and the order process was quick and easy. I will definitely order more items in future and I highly recommend.
