Serious Complaint Regarding Bonus Terms and Platform Experience

Your disclosure regarding the bonus was extremely misleading. Only after registering and depositing funds does one discover the actual requirements for receiving the bonus.

The process of transferring money to your platform is long and cumbersome, lacking convenient features such as PayPal or credit card support – which would allow for a smoother experience without the need to download additional apps.

But worst of all are your outrageous fees on every trade – it’s nothing short of daylight robbery!

Had I known this in advance, I would never have completed the registration process.
So far, I haven’t seen any benefit to using your platform – on the contrary, I now realize I made a mistake.

Worst exoerience

Worst exoerience, they ain't improving anytime soon. Stop loss hunting with large spread, unprofessional customer service, huge fees in withdrawal, and lots of dirty book tricks to make you unhappy.
Better save your money for pizza than trading with them.

FXTM is deceptive

I signed up as a partner (not trader). They accepted USA residents in their signup process. I was given access to the back office and given a link right away. I decided to complete the onboarding right away which means uploading DL and proof of address. They then disabled my account with no notification. I had to contact support to find out why. It was because I'm from the USA. So they collect PERSONAL INFORMATION from partners from the USA knowing full well they will get blocked anyway. Who knows what they do with this personal information! A simple IP check or onscreen message would save USA residents time. They even show the American flag during signup, as if USA residents are welcome. And they accept USA phone numbers in the signup process too. It gets even worse though! As I said before, they give you a link right away. They allow you to promote them and get referrals, but as soon as you want to withdraw, you have to complete the onboarding. At that point, you lose everything. So they have this set up to get FREE PROMOTION with no intention of ever paying!

Don't even start fxtm trading when you don't want to loose your money

I only invested a small amount in fxtm to try out whether online trading was something for me. Conclusion after a year: I should have burned the money. The website does not work at all. When I wanted to put my money in another fund after losses, I could not do that at all. To my annoyance, I was told a month ago that a fine was deducted from my deposit due to inactivity. I then tried to get my money back, but withdrawing is also difficult. The customer service initially said that they would cooperate with withdrawing, but has also stopped answering in the meantime. Final conclusion: Trading with fxtm is only interesting if you have the desire to lose money. Don't even start!
