I’m noticing some but very minimal effects from using this product. I’m still feeling hungry after using the maximum recommended dose each day so I can’t really say it’s doing what I expected it to do so far considering the product is over £30 I would have expected it to be more effective at this.

Label was crooked on bottle so presentation wasn’t great. Myself and husband are on our 2nd week and we have both not had any decrease in appetite and both put 2lb on despite upping our exercise. We will continue but at this point cannot recommend sadly.
