Do not buy from this company. It took weeks for the delivery and I am still missing an item from my order. I have contacted many times with no reply.
They are scammers. I placed an order on December 10th that was supposed to ship in 1-2 business days. It’s January 2nd and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. No tracking info, no responses to my daily customer service inquiries. The only way you can communicate with them is via the chat on their website, their email is decommissioned.
They only thing this company can successfully do is take money!
Ordered jeans on the 1st December, had to download two Apps to find order, neither work, had to track my order through their site. No jeans, no delivery date, no customer service! I have sent three emails through their customer care link, and started a chat weeks ago, which I have had one response to, which was to ask for the order number I had already given, then silence! Do not order from them, they are nothing more than thieves
Awful customer service. Placed an order for multiple items, all but one pair of jeans received. Asked for their help they just sent the tracking link. Which hasn’t been updated for almost 3 weeks. They would not respond to further requests for help. I’m now without a Xmas present and no way to get a refund. Avoid.
I ordered a xmas gift for my daughter on 30th Nov. My card was immediately charged but up until today (22/12) there is no record of my delivery in their package tracking setup. It is not possible to contact them directly (by phone), they offer an email service but they do not respond. How do I get my money back? My daughter has no gift now.

AVOID at all costs! Got the hoodie which is of Temu quality for £37.99, want to return it, but there’s no option on the website, nor in order confirmation email. Emailed them nearly 2 weeks ago and still no reply. Trusted this website as they have Klarna payment available. Waste of time and money.
