Written by the company

Fytique is an independent UK retailer of premium home fitness equipment, based in London (Company No. 17174804). We launched in 2026 with one goal: to fix a UK home gym market full of cheap equipment dressed up with impressive-sounding specifications. We don't stock everything. Every product we list has to pass four checks: genuine commercial-grade steel and weld quality, honestly-rated weight capacity checked against the manufacturer's real engineering data rather than marketing claims, proper UK warranty and after-sales support, and long-term parts availability. Most products that cross our desk don't pass all four — that's the standard, not the exception. We're not tied to any single manufacturer, so every brand on our site is chosen on merit. We're an authorised distributor for Gym Gear (Fitness Warehouse Ltd), with formal written confirmation of that relationship available on request. We're a new business and we're upfront about that — we don't have years of reviews or thousands of customers yet, but we do have a carefully selected range, genuine product knowledge, and a commitment to giving straight answers rather than sales pitches. If you have a question about sizing, delivery access, or suitability for your space, our UK-based team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by phone or email, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. Free delivery on mainland UK orders over £500, with a straightforward 30-day return policy on unused items.

Excellent customer service

Impromptu response to my notes for delivery time and updating on status of delivery as delivery was urgent. Kept me informed throughout without me needing to prompt. Delivery arrived well in time and quality of products is outstanding. Excellent customer service.

Hi Anja, thank you for this. Really pleased the delivery updates helped, especially with the timing being urgent on your end. That's exactly what we're aiming for. Hope you're enjoying the new equipment, and thanks for taking the time to write this.
