Very poor and slow customer service
Very poor and slow customer service. They do not use the phone no they provided for customer service. They exclusively email which takes 24 hours to reply. There was no interest from customer service to locate my order when it failed to arrive as promised.
I placed my order on 3/3/26 with additional shipping cost to ship in 4-5 business days. The order was then shipped on 3/16/26 via fedex. I never received the glass and contacted customer service on 3/27/26. I was advised that I contact fedex because they shipped it. I called fedex and I was told the glass is shipped back to the sender as fedex was not able to deliver. This is bizarre as I was at home on the date mentioned and fedex did not show up. I contacted Fytoo customer service again. The offer I got was to send the glasses via " UPS this time which is more reliable". I was also told that the order takes many days as it did for the first time. I declined and got my refund.

Great Customer Service
I had a small problem with my order. Reached out to customer support and even faster than I thought they help me with my order. My order came as I thought. My glasses are a very good quality, lenses prescription on point. Order some for my 8 year old and also loved his glasses. Kids eye glasses are great quality for the little ones.

Website says glasses can be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. When I reached out all I was offered was a 20% discount on another pair. I will not recommend nor ever purchase from them AGAIN!
