I can't get the invoice emailed to me…
I can't get the invoice emailed to me and have to log in to get it every month. Crazy for an AI system supposed to be helping me save time on emails!
Updated 6/5/2026: Emailed the support team, they responses almost instantly but with the wrong instructions. Emailed again and was then sent a email with historical invoices attached. When I replied to say thanks, but I wanted invoices emailed to me automatically each month, I was told this wasn't possible (despite their feedback below which seems to be incorrect and they don't currently have this fucntionality). So a "time saving AI" that can't save you time by emailing it's own invoice??

The trial is too short for people with very active schedules. I found I didn't have enough time to work with it and grasp the total functionality. I did have the experience of summary notes from a zoom session and I really like that feature.

I am sorry it did nothing for me
I am sorry, I so love the concept. But the drafts I had to rewrite them all, and the folder system just seemed to make the my inbox even more messier. I did trial it for a couple of weeks and wanted it to work. But for a busy CEO who gets way too many emails. This was not the solution

Best tool you can have to help you with emails
This is the best tool I have ever worked with. Many AI tools does not really add value, just another layer. Fyxer not only reduce my time replying on emails with 80%, Fyxer also keeps track on follow up threads, meeting notes and summaries are spot on.
It is like having your own PA 24/7!
I usually never give any comments on products, but Fyxer is the exception, it really helps you!
If anything goes wrong or you need help, their customer service is world class!

Payment error, quick fix
Fyxer has been working well for us as a team. We decided to commit to the 12 month offer as would be happy using long term. Unfortunately the monthly payment was taken the following month after signing up. However, a quick online chat fixed this and a refund is being processed. This was a good customer experience for us.
