We were recommended Tom by a friend of ours as we were in a difficult financial situation, Tom managed to secure our mortgage and we couldn't be happier. Worked closely with FYXR for two years to find the right way to buy my dream home in Spain. In the end, after working with them and going through a lengthy process with Spanish banks, we finally got our mortgage and dream home after being told that we didn't fit the mortgage criteria. I am so happy that my house went through! We are over the moon and can definitely say that without FYXR, it would not have happened. They solved every problem along the way and worked really, really hard to deliver a quality service.

Jenny and the team were amazing, still so buzzed I have the keys! It was a bit of an ordeal as it took longer than we alll wanted to get the funding in place, sort the lawyers out and keep the estate agent happy but in the end, got the keys and that's all I cared about to be fair. They asked me if I would recommend them, 110% yes, they smashed it, very happy.

We came to see FYXR after our broker was unable to help and wasn't responding, and we had lost faith in them. FYXR devised a plan to find us the best solution. The end result is that we get the keys next week and are in for Xmas. Couldnt have done it without their help, definitely recommended!

My first time buying a property was very confusing and 2 mortgage brokers couldn't help.
In the end, a friend recommended me to FYXR and they were so different. They helped me strengthen and clarify my mortgage worthiness and then found me all the contacts I needed to get the house. My daughter and I are decorating now and it is so good to own my own home :)

FYXR really helped me to get ready so I could get my mortgage. They helped me prepare so when I applied, I got agreed easily. Buying the house was a stressful process and took a long time but they kept going and made it happen.

I found FYXR to be professional and thorough when securing finance for me, when it got complex with the bank wanting to charge more, they pushed the bank hard to get me the right deal and honour the rate. I'm not sure I would have got this elsewhere and would certainly recommend FYXR, 5 stars.
