From start to finish, when you stepped in to help us with our mortgage, it was a huge relief, because as you're aware, not everybody's situations are crystal clear, and there's a lot of grey areas in people's finances and situations. That was where you helped us so much. From start to finish, you stepped in, you took over. You delivered exactly on what you said you would. For that, we're eternally grateful. When it comes to our property, it's hugely important. For us, we weren't sure which way to go, basically. So it was wonderful somebody put us in touch with you. As I say, you really did help. A DREAM COME TRUE!
I was referred to FYXR through a work colleague. I called them and was introduced to Tom and his team. Tom guided me on how to negotiate with the agent during a very awkward time to purchase a house (04/04/2020). I was regulary called from their office to make sure all the necessary steps were being taken. Eventually after all the surveys, searches etc were completed the offer in principle was received and then the confirmed offer from Tom and I was there. A very happy tear jerking moment! At last at 56 years old I had bought a house!!!

Superb service from start to finish!!
Tom & the team really went above and beyond to make my experience as stress free as possible; there are many stressful aspects to buying your first home, particularly in the midst of a pandemic, even with a few hidden surprises along the way like an additional retention amount that I hadn’t budgeted for; resulting in me nearly pulling out, Tom gave great reassurances and I stuck with it. Low and behold I got my dream home. I could literally burst with pride every time I’m having a moment to myself and feeling thankful, I think of how the team made it possible. It’s a wonderful feeling to be effortlessly guided through the process from start to finish.
