On Tuesday 19th September 2023 I purchased an MS Office 365 Account Global 5 Devices for $51.95 from G2deal so I can do documents, spreadsheets, presentations, notes on my Mac and publications on my PC as well.

Have bought product keys from them, they get delivered quickly and they do respond to queries quickly. But when a hardware failure required reactiviation of Office, and MS determined the key was not valid, G2Deal customer services said that the key was for a one time activation only, the sale did not cover a change of PC, and I had to buy another key. They buy volume licences and sell them individually. It's a grey area for them to operate in. (with another issue a few years ago - with a previous activation problem with Windows, the MS representative over the phone determined it was a valid key ( it had only just been issued to me ) so did help me, even though he wondered why I had a volume license key with only one computer. Don't expect any help from G2Deal after any length of time has elapsed after purchase. They wouldn't engage via the chat after making their position clear. Their T's&C's don't reflect the policy they stated in the chat.

I bought Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft said this product is not valid and I need to return it to the seller, which was not possible.

Try to buy from them and when I go to payment area they sent me to another website that ask me to verify my account with ID and Utility bill, because they said I spent 250 euros on them website. That is a lie never use them in past and never never use.
They are running a scam the customer support told me to verify if they ask, no one ask when you pay something on an website to verify.
Avoid this website is running Identity stolen process they will get your details, they should be put down NOW. Avoid G2DEAL and them payment company FASTERPAY......... AVOID THIS SCAMMERS.

Used this site several times to purchase Windows / Office. People who are giving this site 1-stars are complete dumbasses and don't read the description. Bought over 20 copies. All of them worked without any problem...

Please... read the descriptions before you buy. It clearly states OEM-versions. If you don't know what that implies. Ask an IT'er to do it for you (and pay double) ...

they will sell your product key several times. I might work at first, but you'll not be able to install the software if you need.

I bought a one Year CD Key for office. 6 month after I reinstalled my computer and the key was no longer valid. When I asked the support, they told me to buy a new one.

These guys are scammers. I purchased a Windows key from G2Deal and it did not work with Microsoft download site. They then told me to download some hacked version of Windows from an untrusted site to make the key work. I refused to do that and they refused to issue a refund. G2Deal is a scam, stay away.

Yep, It's a scam. My office key worked for 2 years, then we were notified by microsoft, that it's an unauthorised key, and they cancelled it. I went back to G2 Deal with all of my information (that I had kept), they responded Sorry can't help you.

YOU MIGHT THINK YOU BOUGHT SOMETHING THAT WORKS, BUT WAIT LONG ENOUGH, AND YOU'LL FIND OUT THE TRUTH.

Purchased Office 2019. They first sent an already redeemed key. After waiting for a reply for a few days, they sent me another key, this time, i couldn't register my country of origin, and suspected the key wasn't legit. I asked for a refund, but haven't received one. Just repeated, and patronising instruction on how to install windows.

Bought a Windows 10 key here, been using it for a year with no issues. YMMV but saving $80 is worth the risk, in my opinion.

Purchased windows and office software several times. Excellent service, not only is the service good, they are also eager and happy to help solve any problems.
Had an issue once, they provided support on a Sunday.

They wiped clean my purchase history from a few years back, so I can't find the keys I bought anymore.

Great! I got the keys I wanted, at great prices!

They sell used licenses.

My experience is with WINDOWS 10 PRO and OFFICE 2019 PRO PLUS, license cannot be activated and microsoft says product keys are already activated in another computer.

At first g2deal support will tell you to uninstall/install endlessly and as soon as you say that you contacted microsft and the licenses are counterfeit, they stop replying you.

You will never get a refund or usable product keys

I have mixed feelings of this company or few people I think who operate it. I bought a few Microsoft office professional plus 2016 keys in 2018 and they worked so I bought a windows 10 pro key and that worked to. So fast forward to the end of 2019 and early 2020 it has been nothing but disappointment with them. The customer support was absent completely from the end of December 2019 until early February 2020. The support chat link did not work for 2 months. Fortunately my payment was flagged by my provider however when g2deal added Paypal as a payment method, making a payment worked 1st time and I gave buying office for Mac a try for about 40 American dollars. It was disappointing because it did not worked and said when I tried to activate office that the serial was for a different version of office.. I wanted to order kaspersky products but am afraid to give them another chance as the most important thing to me aside from product working would be customer support and there’s is awful and or non existent for days to weeks. Use caution if you do order as you may or may not get what you paid for.

It's a scam. I purchased a key from this website and it was already used. I tried to get my money refunded but they never responded.

Horrible.
