Close to the fans

I am a loyal fan of the G2 Esports team and I bought a lot of jerseys there sometimes with customization or not and they do not disappoint.
However, it happened that their delivery time was long because the new collection just dropped but they were communicative. They even added some goodies in order to apologise.

They sold the bag and got rid of king esport racing driver G2 Robbie. He was the only reason I supported the G2 team and they sold their valorant team as well

Avoid

One word to describe: terrible. I ordered a jersey on August 9th which was supposed to be shipped within 10 working days. After this time, with no news regarding my order, I emailed customer support. They told me it would be shipped within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, after another email, they finally told me that the jersey I ordered was out of stock (but still for sale on the website - how does that make sense) but they were expecting replenishment. After 27 emails with them and a wait of more than 5 months, I finally received my order - should I also mention that they offered me a refund of 10% which I also had to remind them to actually refund me since they did not process it after 3 weeks.. I have never experienced such a terrible service, the worst part is the lying from their support agents who kept on saying that I will have my order within a maximum of 2 weeks. We might not have the same counting education.

Ordered a jersey almost a year ago

Ordered a jersey almost a year ago, to this day I have not received it.

Support always tells me it will be shipped within the next 10 days just for me to wait another 2 months until I write them again.

Pure scam, sad.

If I had an option for no stars I would…

If I had an option for no stars I would choose none.
I ordered a jersey which was supposed to arrive after 2 weeks, 11 weeks later I still had no update and no product, throughout this time I emailed 4-5 times to be told different dispatch dates each time, the order never turned up and the last email I sent never got responded too, the only time I heard back after the 4th email was for a refund.
I will NEVER use this site again.

Gaming sleeve

I ordered a gaming sleeve, it was horrendous quality, smells really bad, the sleeve felt like it was made from plastic from plastic bags from a Chinese restaurant and the rubber, which was supposed to be sliding on my mouse bad was just scratching it really badly.
I sent it back, as a regular return after support guided me how to return it, but the package never arrived and it simply got sent back to me.
Now they want me to send it to the same address again, without any changes?
I asked for different approaches, maybe a return label or anything but no answer.
All in all, it was a huge waste of money and the returning is made extra hard so you just give up and they keep the money.

Item did not arrive, no response from support

Ordered two jerseys but the package was missing one of them. After several messages back and forth with the support they have completely stopped responding for several weeks, forcing me to contact my CC firm to have a case opened to get my money back. I don't even know if they will be able to. Stay away from this webshop. Absolutely embarrassing that they are fronting the G2 organisation.

Longest wait time and bad re

I've been ordering multiple items from their website on multiple occasions and I always have to wait for at least a month because for some reason there is always a problem. Every time i ask them what the problem is they find something new. I ordered a jersey and got told there is a problem with their printer ( to make custom prints) okay fine, that can happen. Support told me I have to wait 5 business day before it will get shipped. Fine I wait.
7 business days later I haven't heard anything and ask them when they will send my stuff. They told me there is a further delay. Okay fine I'm gonna wait more.
They told me it should take a couple of days. A couple of days went by and you guess it, Its delayed again.
I waited for 5 "normal" days and wrote to their support team again since we past the 2 week mark and my stuff is still in their warehouse.
They told me that my items are in transit to one of there EU warehouses ( they are shipping from the UK )
Okay fine I´ll wait.
5 days later again I have to contact them and you guess it again..
They told me that my stuff is now stuck in customs and I have to wait again.
We past 20 days mark since I ordered my items from their website, so it will take around 7-10 days before it gets to me if I'm lucky.

It can happen once, but this is not the first time I experience a huge delay on my stuff.

Sorry to say, but I'm not gonna order anything from your website again. Cause I know that whatever I order will get delayed.
I love the G2 organisation and I will continue to support them but come on.

Ordered on backorder.

I ordered the 2021 lol Jersey on backorder to support my favorite team and everything is working for me. When i ordered i knew that i would take a Long time to deliver so when i had questions i asked on thier Twitter and it legit took 10 minutters to answer and help me. Big thumbs up😀😀👍🏻
