I bought a Maxphone which I want to return. I asked for instructions in 24 February 2023 om hoe to teade. Until now I have not received any response or answer.

Thank you for your message. I contacted you 2 days after my order and told you that I would like to cancel the order. I have not received any message from you about this. It was only after I entered this circumstance on trustpilot that I suddenly received a message via email that my payment had been received. On this message I also informed you that my order must be canceled immediately and I would like to have an immediate refund of the purchase price. I did not receive any feedback on this either. Now I get your message about trustpilot. I do not want to get the good and my amount refunded immediately. Furthermore, according to your policy, I have to pay the transport costs for a return, which you then deduct from the refund. I have already initiated a criminal complaint to the German authorities and would withdraw it in 1 weeks if you immediately transfer my money.

I ordered and paid for a product as a Christmas gift on November 28th. I see today that it "may "have arrived into the Dutch Postal System. I probably should have stipulated that it was required for Christmas 2021 not Christmas 2022.I hope the product is as good as the advertising/ marketing blurb that was published about it on their web site.

El anunciado en la web muestra un telescopio marca Star Hawk con enfoque manual sobre el que aparece la leyenda 10-300x400mm, 4,4º at 10x y 2.1º at 300x.
La caja dice que trae, además del Star Hawk, un phone clip, tripod, portable rope, dust cover, cleaning cloth y storage bag.
El recibido viene en un contenedor de cartón con instrucciones en CHINO. El telescopio es genérico sin marca. Al lado del ocular en letras blancas dice: Mobile lens y debajo 18 x 25. Alrededor del objetivo hay un slider – a + y debajo mobile telephone lens. Trae un accesorio para colocar el teléfono, correspondiente al phone clip, un trípode y un dust cover. NADA MAS.
Posteriormente me mandan un correo y me dicen que el telescopio que pedí daba problemas y por eso me mandan otro. En la web en otra pagina veo los dos telescopios el que no me mandan 50 euros. El que mandan 9.16 euros. Estoy pensando en poner una denuncia penal por estafa o defraudación. Sé que será difícil porque está fuera de España la empresa pero al menos me doy esa satisfacción y siempre estará ahí pendiente.

I ordered a dental device for $99.00 which when worn was supposed to remove plaque from your teeth. I ordered it on November 7th. It never arrived. today is December 5th. When I click on the website I only see toothbrushes and watches and other junk one could buy at a 99¢ store or Dollar Tree. Please use Trust Pilot BEFORE you order anything online. There is a rash of Chinese companies ripping customers off by either NEVER sending the item or sending cheaply made, inferior products and you can never get your money back. DO not pay through Pay Pal, they usually take the seller's side in disputes of this nature. UPDATE: t just arrived at my daughter's home in Los Angeles she is forwarding it to me here in NM. Let's see what it looks like and if it does what it is advertised to do.
