Couldn't be happier by the excellent service from G66. I contacted them by email to report that my FM3 display was defective, and they responded immediately. A replacement unit was shipped the very next day, arranged as a swap, and no unnecessary questions were asked. All was settled in 2-3 days. The whole process was fast, smooth, and professional. This is exactly how customer support should be handled. Highly recommended!

Always have a quick check with trust pilot before parting with a chunk of dosh, especially as i had not heard of these guys, needn't have worried , first class speed, price and coms from start to finish. This was shortly after a rather hassly encounter with another music online store taking upfront money for orders they couldnt possible fullfill despite pretending they could, so this was a breath of fresh air by comparison. Beyond excellent customer service. Had a couple of calls and emails with Sukh at the UK arm of G66. He was helpful and went above and beyond to be so. Can't recommend them enough, and very much looking forward to my new toy.

I've dealt with G66 EU a few times in the last decade and always had perfect service from them. I recently dealt with their new UK distributor and the same level of personal service was upheld by them also. Detailed and responsive communications, fast shipping, and the Fractal gear itself is incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough!

An excellent service from G66. My enquiries have always been answered promptly and helpfully. A very professional service, highly recommended. Very pleased with my purchase of Fractal AXE-FX 3 which was received well within the promised date following my order. Not to mention the personalised letter and goodies that were included in the parcel.

Although there was a fairly hefty wait for the the product I was after (Which was 100% expected) I was kept informed at all times as to how the order was going and basically given great information. When the product arrived there was a few personal touches that I really appreciated and a bar of chocolate.. Not much more I can ask for!
