Adam/G6 Aviation far exceeded our expectations. Flying our Labrador this way was such a relief instead of worrying about his flight getting changed due to heat restrictions. Adam made sure to answer questions quickly, never leaving you to wonder where you were in the process. I can't thank him enough for helping a stressful situation feel less stressful.

G6 AVIATION are always on hand when we need them - they always provide a quick response.
We booked a heavy jet, Falcon 900, which required a fast turnaround for an important business meeting. G6 understood the importance of the trip, and went beyond expectations to make this trip happen. I would highly recommend for jet charters.

G6 responded to our enquiry faster and with more reasonable prices than anyone else. Adam was available or called back very soon every time I called. The King Air 350i was comfortable for us as it has 8/9 seats and there were only 6 of us. The handling at Bournemouth was very smooth and luxurious. Nice less so.
One fly in the ointment was the transfer. The message did not get through that we had the same amount of luggage coming off the plane as we stated we would and had when we boarded. Consequently we had to wait and to pay for an extra car.
Adam was very helpful in guiding us through the process and helping with all the bureaucratic necessities.
As first time charter flyers, we found the experience amazing and would recommend to anyone.

When we decided to spend a significant amount of time traveling in Portugal and the EU with our dogs, we decided to find a private jet to transport our two golden retrievers – Bumble and Charlie – and us from the US to Faro, Portugal. After a quick search, we discovered Adam and G6 Aviation. We explained our needs and willingness to wait for the right flight. Our target date was anytime in May 2022. Adam was very quick to respond to our questions. Every time we reached out to Adam, he would call us or email us the same day even though it was late in the evening his time because he was 5 hours ahead of us in the UK.

We requested that Adam search for an empty leg flight because the cost of the flight is significantly less. Adam found us an empty leg flight from Teterboro Airport, leaving on May 15, 2022. Later, he connected us with another dog owner with the same travel needs. She contributed to the cost of the flight. She and her dog, Hector, were amazing travel companions, and I am sure we will stay in touch.

The G6 service was a white-glove service that was flawless from our start in the US to our finish in Faro, Portugal. The staff Atlantic Aviation Private Terminal (FBO) in Teterboro, NJ, were very helpful with our rental car needs and handled sensitive luggage carefully. The catered food and drinks (breakfast and lunch) were outstanding, from made-to-order omelets to hot lunches (or cold sandwiches if preferred).

The flight crew was outstanding. Both pilots (Captains) met us before boarding. The main Captain was so attentive that he asked if the cabin temperature was properly set for the dogs. The flight attendant Zita attended to our every need. She would even hold Hector (the dog) for his owner to give her a few needed breaks. Zita kept the food and drinks flowing for the whole trip, which lasted about 5.5 hours. The shorter than normal flight was in part because the plane selected by Adam was able to fly at higher altitudes making the flight faster. Our three family members and two retrievers were kept comfortable for the entire flight. We enjoyed our flight so much that we jokingly asked the pilots to circle Faro for a couple more hours!

Upon landing, we were greeted by a ground crew that unloaded our baggage. The main Captain and one ground crew liaison officer escorted us through customs to the front of the line and then to the veterinarian to enable us to clear our dogs through customs. We walked our dogs on leashes from the plane to the airport, through customs, and then to the rental car Adam had arranged for us – all the while accompanied by the ground liaison officer and our main Captain. (The Captain wanted to ensure we did not encounter any issues and stayed with us until we left in our car!) We had too many bags for our rental car so Adam’s handling affiliate in Faro arranged for baggage delivery. After settling into our rented house north of Faro, Adam requested a call and solicited our feedback on our journey and inquired whether any service was lacking. We informed him the flight and pre and post-services were outstanding and flawless.

I cannot imagine flying dogs into a foreign country by any other means. Dogs are too precious for a cargo hold! It won’t be easy to travel on a commercial flight in the future, even when our dogs are not a concern.

We highly recommend Adam and G6 and will always use them for our private air travel needs.

We had a tight window and were looking to get away for the holidays by driving from the UK to Austria. Border restrictions kept changing every 24 hours. Our trip was on again, off again so many times we began to lose the will.

When travel through France became completely prohibitive our holiday aspirations were scuttled. We then looked into a private flight as medical conditions prevented us from flying commercial.

G6 Aviation responded within an hour. Adam was professional and quite the problem solver. His make-it-happen approach gave us multiple flight options and saved our holiday.

All of this and at a quote less than another company (which took 4 days to respond.)

No matter what time of day we sent a query we had a quick response from G6.

One of the best stress reduction features was the meet and greet and private check in. No airport parking stress, no check in queue stress. Time to sit back and have a drink, and fly out when we wanted.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. From initial contact right through to our return to the UK the level of customer care and high quality of customer service was first class and way beyond anything I have experienced before.
Any enquiry no matter how trivial was answered almost immediately and always to our utmost satisfaction. Considering how high the customer service was which included meeting and greeting at the airport, it is amazing that the price of our package was considerably less expensive compared to other agents operating in this field. I would highly recommend G6 Aviation. The service was exceptional. From start to finish the delivery was flawless. The ultra-long-range aircraft that was recommended for the journey exceeded expectations and the G6 team were on hand on the day of departure at the private terminal to personally meet, greet and liaise with our ground transport at the other end. I had a last minute request for a helicopter charter, G6 Aviation were exceptional, the speed in which they found this was amazing. The personal service that I was given and the consistent updates made all the difference to me. The service I received from Adam at G6 Aviation was excellent. From the beginning, he seemed genuinely to care about my personal situation and worked hard to address my needs and find me the best deal available. For me, also, good communication is essential; Adam was always easily reachable and prompt in responding to my questions and concerns, keeping me informed of all developments, and swiftly addressing some unanticipated problems that arose (which were beyond his control). As it was a short trip we booked a car for the duration of our stay. Again top quality and faultless service. Adam also followed up afterwards to ensure everything went ok.
