Every Gaâla piece I own feels like it was made with real care. The craftsmanship is incredible, from the stitching to the choice of fabrics; everything is thoughtful and refined. You can tell these aren’t trend-driven clothes; they’re meant to stay with you. I love knowing that what I wear was made responsibly and beautifully.

Like a lot of other customers here, I have the same problem with the extremely slow refund process. I think 14 business days to proceed a refund is already way too long , but even exceeding this deadline and come up with the same useless reactions everytime I ask for clarity, is not what I expect from a luxury brand like Gaala. How hard can it be to just process a creditcard refund?! They can also answer my emails in minutes!

It’s a shame ‘cause I have been shopping at Gaala for years, without problems. But the last few times were not a good experience, so I will not shop at Gaala again. Gaala should understand that this comes across as untrustworthy and does not contribute to a nice shopping experience. It’s especially bad that regular customers like me drop out because of this. But most of all, Gaala should actually do something about this.

I’ll wait for my refund until this Friday. If I still have not received it then, I will take further steps to get my money back.

I’ve slowly built a small collection of Gaâla pieces over the past year. The quality is truly exceptional: the fabrics are beautiful, the tailoring impeccable, and everything feels made to last.
I also had the pleasure of visiting their boutique twice. You can really feel the care that goes into the customer experience.
Gaâla has completely changed the way I shop. I buy fewer things now, but I choose pieces that I’ll cherish for years.

Beautiful clothes and concept. I had purchased several different models of their knitwear. Unfortunately the knitwear starts to felt and lose its texture after only a couple of light evening occasions. When I enquired as to whether the products might be faulty, I was told this was considered normal.

I really hope they can improve on the quality of the garments. It's hard to justify the cost or buy into their claims of sustainability if the clothes don't last more than a few wears.

The cut of the coat fits me perfectly (I’m 160 cm), and the fabric feels truly high-quality. The color is unique - just the right touch of brightness - and I get compliments on it all the time.

This company does not refund you. They announce a 14 working days refund timeline but I have still not received my refund. The customer service is unable to provide a date when I will be reimbursed.

I have already bought several items from this website and every time I wear them, I am happy and satisfied! The quality of the fabrics is excellent and the cuts are very beautiful. I also ordered an item that turned out to be a little too big, but exchanging it for my size was very easy to do, with very efficient, kind and helpful customer service.
I would say everything was perfect!

Lovely designs , more on the classical/elegant/romantic style. For some reasons , this has become very difficult to find in my part of the world …I always get compliments when I’m wearing one of their creations . Good quality materials. I was lucky enough to have ordered the good size each time. Delivery for in stock product is fast . Last time I got a small gift , always appreciable .

I ordered a custom-made dress that was supposed to take 5 weeks to produce, and I was okay with that timeline. However, at the two-week mark, I received an email stating they couldn’t make the dress in the size I originally ordered. They recommended a smaller size, which I agreed to. Later, I was notified about a transport fee of $171, though I wasn’t initially aware of this cost.
Since returning the dress incurs a charge from the company regardless of the reason, I decided to keep it. As a result, I ended up paying the dress price of $373.50 plus the $171 transport fee, totaling over $544.50. I believe I shouldn’t have paid the transport fee because I was under the impression I needed the original size I ordered.
Now, I am trying to get a refund. After all deductions, I am only receiving $302.00 back, which is significantly less than what I paid. Additionally, I have noticed that the reviews on their website appear fake—many reviews have repeated names or seem suspicious.
Based on my experience, I would advise against purchasing from this company. Thank you for your time.

I made 2 orders this summer by Gaala Paris. The first one was a pink , tweed costume, a skirt and a top together. The quality of these pieces is amazing, material, cut and overall impression. Absolutely 5 Starts. Customer service was also very friendly, fast and helpful. For this order I have absolutely no complaints.
After a few days I ordered the Coralie red dress, closed back, a dress I was having my eyes on for a very long time. It was now ready to wear for order. Well, this was a total dissapointment. The luxurios dress on the internet didn/t match at all what i got. It was bordeaux not red, material ok but nothing luxurios for me, very long *ok, the models are tall* and big - although i got an S hoping that it won t be too small. I sent it back and a very looooooooong time had passed until i got my refund. I got my refund but I had to actively pursue it after the allotted time- they made some mistakes with some refunds and it got lost? no Idea, Anyways.....I ll try the brand again just because the first order was a hit so I m giving them another chance...the 4 stars is 5 Stars + 3 Stars : 2= 4 hahhahaha.
