I ordered the Esther linen dress and am very happy with my purchase. The dress is of high quality, I love the material and the fit, it makes you feel very feminine. Shipping was quick, the customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend!

I love the clothes offered by Gaala. They are so elegant and timeless. I recently ordered a set from them and it fits perfectly. I never owned a suit that looked so good. Their clothes just make you feel special every day.

I’m so happy that a brand like Gaâla exists, not only are the designs classic and feminine (styles that are increasingly hard to find these days), but the quality is exceptional. I have purchased 8+ pieces (including the Elania dress, Nayla top, Erin sweater) in different materials (silk, cotton, wool) and every item is exquisite.

In particular I want to comment on the silk used in the Elania dress and some of the other evening dresses, it looks and feels so luxurious! I care about sustainability and want my clothes to stand the test of time, I know that every item I own from Gaâla will be worn for years and years to come!

It took me a long time to find a brand like Gaâla—retro in style yet of exceptional quality.

I bought a dress, and I am very happy with it. The fabric is great, and the details are delicate. It truly embodies quiet luxury.

A major plus is the ephemeral shop in Paris, which allowed me to try the pieces on before purchasing.

I’ll see how the quality holds up in the long term, but for now, I’m more than happy.

I hope the brand continues on this path of quality and retro style.

Great fabulous coat
I ordered a wool coat from Gaala and the fit is perfect. The material of the clothing is authentic and the fact that the brand supports sustainability is the selling point for me. Will definitely buy more gorgeous clothing from this brand.

Great first experience with Gaâla! Extremely quick shipping, I got an XS being 5'2 in grey and it is such a flattering silhouette!! Easy to fit layers underneath with the lining and since I have slightly short arms, the sleeves come a bit past my wrist but that's okay! The coat is quality and it feels warm but not overheating. I also loved the packaging & the care bag it comes in to properly store it!

I ordered a skyler fitted skirt and I love it. I am a M (38 Eu) and the skirt fits me perfectly. Very soft to touch and light on my legs.Tailoring is well made, the seems cannot be seen or felt. I appreciate the quality of the product and will surely order more unique pieces from Gaala.

I love Gaala. I allready ordered 6 pieces from them. Its great quality (100% wool, linen, cotton) no polyesters, for very reasonable prices, great timeless cuts, very feminine. I am looking forward fir the next seasons to come!

Gaala is my very favorite brand. I order repeatedly, I already have 5-6 pieces in my wardrobe and I have never been able to complain about the quality of the clothes. I especially appreciate the quality of the material, cut, but also their emphasis on femininity and elegance. Gaala represents something that makes me feel comfortable and feminine and I miss it a lot in regular stores.

I have placed numerous orders from Gaâla each one was amazing. I have never had any complaints, the clothes are made with great materials and are beautifully cut. Will continue to order from Gaâla.

I have been a loyal Gaala customer and supporter since I discovered them in 2021. All the pieces I have bought from them are closet staples that have lasted the test of time with beautiful quality and designs. On my most recent purchase, I was eagerly waiting for my Nica trench coat that was made to order and the package never made it to me, it was stolen from my mail room before I was able to retrieve it. I reached out to Gaala Customer Service as well as DHL (the courier) and was told it was marked as delivered and nothing further could be done. DHL told me to contact Gaala to open a claim but they have not yet responded and I feel like I lost a great deal of money and time trying to find the package or to get any answers for a coat that I can never enjoy. The only other option was to place another order and I hope it gets to me but I’m spending double the money for no resolution. I love the quality of the items otherwise I’m not sure I would have continued to order from them.

Update (Feb. 27, 2025): I have been in contact with customer service and they were very quick to have a resolution for the order! I decided to give them another chance and order an additional item and just received it. The quality is amazing and I know it will be a staple! Thank you so much and I recommend them to everyone!

I love Gaala. I have about 4 pieces from them, and they all fit so well! It’s been helpful to reach out to their customer service for sizing questions as they answer quickly. However, living in Canada, the duties are quite hefty (although they are transparent about it). While I wish I could buy more, the duties on top of the shipping fee for items under 350 euros do add up. If they could have more promos for free shipping (no min. Spend) for those outside of EU, that would be superb!

Also, they do have a rewards system but I noticed that the points you accumulate needs to be used on regular priced items. Typically I have participated in these rewards program at other stores and it doesn’t matter whether the item is on sale or not, so I hope this changes in the future.

Other than those two things, easily remains one of my favorite stores and I look forward adding more to my collection in the future!

Elegance and comfort in one coat! Overall a nice experience with sustainable materials. It is a bit pricy but worth it.

I have purchased a few dresses from GAALA and all the time had excellent customer care service regarding my requests, products were beautifully packed and of high quality. I definitely had a pleasant experience and would shop again. Next time I would probably ask to use a different courier from UPS as I live outside the EU and they charged enormous taxes compared to DPD for a more cheap dress.
