Ordered a backdrop on 5th Dec 2025. Emailed them for deliver date, was told it will arrive on 27th Dec. Was also sent courier tracking details. Tracking says item was delivered in 27th Dec but cctv cameras have no recording of any delivery coming. Emails to them are not getting any response. Visit store link on email leads to a Store is now closed page.
I wouldn't even give it 1* but nothing lower , total scam avoid like the plaque, had ordered some garden items on 27th November now cant get hold of them , this is now thd 2nd time I've been to trusting not no more , I've reported as a scam and a charge back on my card AVOID AVOID AVOID

Total scammers, and changed their company name. They used to be gobolucky. DO NOT ORDER! Your order will not arrive.
