Fast shipping and the puffer coat is absolutely amazing, perfect fit, waist toggles, gabos logo on hood and warm pockets. 5/5 would definitely recommend

Very nice jacket heavy which is good for the winter price wasn’t too bad and overall the jacket looks nice.

When I bought the jacket it was waterproof like they claimed on the website and their TikTok account but when I went through the rain a few weeks after that my sweater was soaked from the rain because the puffer lost the waterproof ability. I sent them a dm and they responded until they said they would sent me a new one. They aren’t responding to emails or dm’s.

It did took a bit long but its worth it its so warm and comfy i love ittt!!

The only issue was delivery time apart from that everything was good Quality of the puffer , customer service and packaging.

The jacket is warm and sweet looking and really well for its job , the delivery on the other hand was the only problem however they got back to me quickly with excellent customer service and a fair reasoning so i wasn’t too bothered and they gave a item for the troubles.

Order my puffer jacket it came in really quick the quality’s top tier best puffer I’ve owned so far would definitely recommend 💙

Very good puffer and nice and warm they got there stock lately so if you ordered like 3 weeks ago and you haven't received it you will most likely receive it in 2-3 days they give out free stuff too I got a gabos baliclava for free very high quality puffers and perfect to size

Great puffer jacket very heavy delivery took longer than stated took over a week and not 2 to 3 days as told on website I’m 5’9 bought medium drop comes half way down rear cheeks quality is brilliant would order it again without a doubt cheers FAM

I was pestering the delivery with what I seen on people’s TikToks but the delivery wasn’t that long super nice coat very good quality what you pay very good for the winter 100% recommend and will be ordering some more 🙂

Great customer service, even though it came late it was worth the wait, jacket is one of the best I’ve ever owned and even came with boxers for compensation of being late! Definitely recommend.

No delivery for two weeks, still waiting

Wanted to give zero stars as many people have mentioned on here customer service is appalling. When my son placed his order he got an email saying that coat will be delivered in 2-3 days, when order didnt arrive reached out to company and was told that it was on pre-order when there was no mention of this on website or even the confirmation email. I said I wanted to cancel order but was assured I would be updated when coat was on its way. Had a back and forth with an amateur customer service person( when the coat didnt arrive) who said they would throw in a extra item for the wait. The coat finally arrived after 3 weeks no complimentary item in sight.
Son doesnt like the coat so will be returning but the returns process is as badly managed as customer service is, no company in 2025 asks you to print of returns slip or the various other silly rules Gabos asks to make a return.
Wont be using this company again.
