I am amazed at how lovely these dresses…

I am amazed at how lovely these dresses are! I have never bought from a place that I saw on Facebook. I ordered a black and the brown flowy dress, both are a great fit! True to size and not see through so no slip required.

This company sent wrong size

This company sent wrong size. They say you order wrong size and send an xs for an xl apparently because they dont have your size. They tell you not to return, to keep it and pay 16.00 extra for correct size. However, the link they give is not valid. You have an outfit you can't wear and lose the money you spent for it. Don't ever order from this company. They are not a South Carolina company and will rip you off. I wish I had read reviews before ordering and it would have saved me my money.

Not Made in America as stated on the website

The shopping was easy. Payment was easy. Shipping took just 2 weeks.
I thought the quality of the fabric was just ok. Thin materials.
The website said the clothes were made un the USA while 2 out of 3 of my garments had Made in China tags on them. That was very disappointing.

Complete order did NOT SHOW UP.
I had to keep my records and 3 month later ask for a refund. The discount total was reflected and I actually paid FULL PRICE for the only ONE that showed up.
Two of the 3 dresses did not show up. I feel that they arw doing a "money grab" to get you to order more for the discount but they don't fullfill the order hoping you would forget about it.

NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO BUY FROM!

One of two items ordered did not ship but I was given a refund but no explanation as to why it did not ship. The second item took awhile to get here and was garbage. Fabric was paper thin, looked nothing like the picture and had ruffles on the shoulders even though dress was sleeveless that stood straight up in the air. Also sizing was not accurate. I emailed customer service per website instructions, 2 days after receipt of the item, asking for a full refund and shipping label. I got an email back offering me a $7 refund and I could keep the item. $7.00 are you kidding me, I paid $49.47 for the item and why would I want to keep it? I've countered with a demand for a full refund and shipping label. If not received, I will dispute with my credit card company and file a complaint.

The website says you can return items…

The website says you can return items within 30 days and they will send a mailing label, but when I tried to contact customer service because I needed to return 2 items I spent $89 on, I was told they would offer me $20 and I could keep the clothes. The size chart was completely wrong, so I cannot wear any of the pieces, so I asked to return and be refunded. Then they said they would offer me $33 and I would need to pay return shipping. This is a scam!

Gabrini has proven through actions that it does not care about customers, a return was requested and all I received was an offer of a small amount of money back. Even when I responded no, I want to return the dresses and I would like full refund! I offered to return the dresses that did not fit, and pay for shipping them back. They came back with slightly more of a refund but still less than half of what I had paid.
Stay away from this company!

BUYER BEWARE!! Deceptive and Unethical Business

BUYER BEWARE!!! Deceptive marketing and nothing on their website is true. NOT made in the USA. Does NOT ship within 4-5 business days! ZERO Customer Service! NO Refunds! NO Exchanges! Clothes are cheap (some feel like plastic) and fit is very random and not consistent with sizing chart! I ordered 5 dresses on April 24th and did not receive my order until 5 weeks and 3 emails later. Dresses are made in China! The shipping label from NY overlaid a label from China. The website tracker never updated. I ordered based on the sizing chart. All 5 dresses were VERY small on top. Reviewed the 'free return within 30 days' policy; it stated returns only if items were defective. Attempting to exchange for a larger size but the exchange authorization is non-existent. No customer service phone number available and limited response via email. Finally received an email stating I had to pay $30 for shipping. OK! Received a weird Venmo address. NOPE! Then received an email with instructions and a link to pay the shipping fee. The link started with https: and looked legit. I entered my CC payment and a message displayed saying email confirm will be sent. Never happened. All emails (6) sent are responded to with 'no payment recieved'. They want to know where I sent it! You tell me where it went! I've sent CC transaction confirmations proving payment. The CC transaction for the original order AND the shipping fee list the 'Doing Business As' Accessories Shop Newly. I've done everything I've been asked to do and I'm still out $300 and stuck with merchandise that I cannot wear.
NO REFUNDS! NO EXCHANGES! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT MADE IN USA!

I was required to give one star

I was required to give one star, but preferred zero. I ordered a dress from Gabrinl on May 5, 2025 for an event on May 25. It never arrived and tracking showed that USPS never received it.
I emailed asking for a refund. I was told that it had just shipped (a lie) and they wouldn’t refund. It is now six weeks later and they have my money and I have no product. Tracking shows it is still in transit. They will not refund.
Beware of their no refund policy and lack of customer service. I am contacting my credit card company with all documentation.

Beware - Purchaser needs to pay for return shipment to Dubai

Beware. I would not recommend this company based on my experience!!! When ordering the product in US - it did not indicate that if you had a return you would have to pay the shipment to Dubai where the package came from. The $69 dress I ordered was super small and I can't use it. The offered me $11, $20 then $25 and I could keep the dress that doesn't fit me. I am used to the Amazon no charge for shipping returns and will double check when ordering outside of Amazon -- where it is coming from and return policy. Very disappointed.
