Amazing company!
Brilliant website and trusting company. I ordered a iPad case for my sons birthday when it arrived I noticed it had some damage to the back(some scratches) I then watched the video on how to clip the case onto the iPad. I followed these steps but even after following very closely the clip snapped. I was gutted! I emailed them and someone called me back very quickly I spoke with a lovely lady who immediately apologised and sent me another out which I received 2 days later! (Very quickly considering it was a week before Xmas!) she assured me that there is very rare complaints of this kind and I believe that. I can't rate this company anymore! Brilliant...I will not hesitate to order in the future. Thank you for such a good service from start to finish
