My first time and it could not have been easier! Fast turnaround time and remember to unlock yourphone! They gave me a chance to do that and would have paid mor which I found so professional!

Bait and Switch! Don't trust these people. I was given a quote of $68. based on the condition I said my iPad was in. Once they inspected it, they said they would give me $48. due to noticeable scratches on the screen. I told them, they were no scratches on the screen. Camille offered to see if she could get pictures of the screen. After 2 days with no photos, I told her I wanted my iPad back. It was shipped back to me and when I received it, indeed there were NO scratches anywhere. I was dumb and sent it to them in the original box with the original charger. I did not receive the box or charger back. When I contacted "Camille", I was told that they responsibly recycled those. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

This was my first time using this company to handle our excess phones. The process was simple, and the communication was clear and concise form the company at all times. Payment was quick and easy to receive. I would recommend them for your phone sale needs.

Email communication: a couple replies were just cut n paste when I needed a specific answer. After 3 of these I got a real person writing back to me, solved my one small issue, good. Price for my old iPhone was good. The AMZ gift card showed up instantly.

Don't use these guys for your trade in. Go to ItsWorthMore. They offer more and don't screw you over by coming up with bogus reasons to lower their offer. I've traded & sold hundreds of devices — never had an issue… check my other reviews, you’ll see my positive review (with photo proof) of them being much more honest. This company has found a reason to drop my trade-in value by hundreds of dollars both times I tried to trade-in with them. Again, use ItsWorthMore. I've traded in with them and their partnered companies sooooo many times and I always get paid out the correct amount. GadgetGone just wants to get your device then hope you don't have the patience — then accept their lowball (and offensive) counter offer.

Great service fair price no complaints here

I had a couple of old cellphones that I didn’t want anymore and Gadget Gone was very effective in selling technology I didn’t want. I used them before a few years ago, great service then and now!

My expectation was low since I had a bad experience with another similar site. But the estimate was very close to the initial estimate. So I decided to go with it.

My experience was great with Gadget Gone. They gave me more than expected for my phones as their appraised value was higher that I rated it. Very satisfied and will use them again if the need arrises.

I sold a used gadget to Gadgetgone and had a good experience overall. I'd rate them 4 out of 5 stars. The payment was processed fairly promptly after they received the item. Communication with Gadgetgone was about average, but I was disappointed that their payment processor didn't respond to my emails. Despite that minor issue, I'd still recommend them for selling your used electronics.

From my initial contact to payment, everything went very smoothly. I was quite surprised when they paid me nearly $50 more than their original estimate because they found my phone to be in excellent condition. Win! Win! for me.
