I thought my iphone16 was unlocked and it wasn’t. Jess walked me thru the process and made a difficult time with my ex cell phone provider so much easier. Her help was greatly appreciated. Also GG gave me more money than originally quoted due to the pristine state of my phone. Terrific experience.

Two times I have used these folks - not sure why - last time .. the offer was $300 ... but they rduced it to $60 -- this time the offer was $250 ... they reduced it to $50

I sold my old iPhone 12 mini that was in pretty good condition cosmetically with minor scratches, but the battery was pretty faulty since I burned through it, as in you can't use it unless it's plugged in to the charger at all times. After their offer, I requested slightly more, mentioning that the functionality of it was perfect and that it was just the battery that was dead. The screen had never been cracked, etc. so I thought maybe they could evaluate my phone again. I had also gotten an offer from a local shop in my area too before sending it to GG. GG ended up coming back and raising the quoted amount, and it was higher than what I was even expecting. So I'm more than grateful. I opted for the gift card option, where there was an additional bonus on the quoted amount. The whole process was great! I mailed my old phone in, got a quote, got the quote adjusted to a more than happy/reasonable amount, and I'm more than pleased. I will plan to use them in the future! Go somewhere else! This is the classic Bait and Switch. They offered me $196 for my iPhone 12 in pristine condition so I sent it in. After they received it they said it was "scratch and damaged" and only worth the $100. I read some bad reviews on reddit but I thought I'd take a chance. These guys are shady.

this company is 100% legit. I received the $$$ I was told I would. I was skeptical every single step of the way taking pics of my phone etc encase I had to fight for the money I should get based on the quote I received, but nope it was nothing but great and honest work from a great and honest company!!

The best deal and amazing service. I tried a few different sites and they offered me the highest quote. The process was seamless. So much easier than other sites. I will never use another in the future. These guys are amazing. Jessica P was the best.

When I purchased my phone (brand new) I immediately installed a screen protector and a case right out of the box. I sent it in because they made me a decent offer. A few days later I received an email saying it had some "light scratches on the screen" and they lowered the offer by $73. When I told them to send it back they came back and made another offer which was $49 less than the original offer. I told them to send my phone back to me. When I received the phone back I looked closely and carefully at it under bright light with my glasses. The screen is flawless! The entire phone is in flawless condition...thank God! (I was concerned that they may put scratches on it before they sent it back to me). I've sold quite a few phones to them previously and never had a problem. I don't know what's going on with them now. I'm not doing business with them anymore and that's exactly what I told them...
