Ordered an item over three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, I've emailed twice and still no reply!

Product as described, cheaper than most places online and fast delivery.

Ordered an airfryer literally delivered in 48 hours. More than happy.

Found an item I was looking for that was far cheaper than other sites. Item arrived quickly and all was in great order. Very happy.

Nice product and price, delivered as promised

Item arrived damaged, contacted customer support who said they would send me a return label within 24 hours, it's now 2 days later no return label and now no response to messages

UPDATE: You aim to respond at some point in a person lifetime is what you should say, it's taken you 5 months to reply to this review and still haven't received a refund for the item I returned to you, money lost so like I said horrible customer service, will never use again and advise anyone else against doing so too

Excellent service. Had doubts at first as the water dispenser was B Grade and didn’t know if it would be ok. I received it NEXT DAY. Great service. Product was like new and is working perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase and a lot cheaper than elsewhere.

If an item is faulty within the warranty period don't expect any help from Gagetize

I ordered an item via the gadgetize.co.uk website 13 (thirteen) days before Christmas that was showing as in stock. I thought that this was a reasonable amount of time to allow for the item to be delivered to me by Christmas (the item was supposed to be a Christmas present). When after nearly two weeks I still hadn't received the goods I called D K Wholesale Ltd (the company actually behind gadgetize.co.uk) to ask what happened to my order? Apparently they are having problems updating their website and processing orders. Hopefully they will sort out their technical problems but leaving this as unresolved around the busiest time of the year is unacceptable. As they were quick enough to take my money off me - but not quick enough to actually send me the goods, I cancelled my order and received an immediate full refund.
