Smart phone tripod
I ordered a small phone tripod, but it broke right out of the package. However, after leaving a review, Gadgetman customer support contacted me to remedy the situation. The customer service was excellent and very helpful. I was sent a replacement quickly and am really happy with the new tripod! I'm very impressed with the service I received and would order from them again.

Hi, very sorry to hear the item you ordered was not in stock. I can see you ordered a Pokémon Clip 'N' Go Figure & Ball. At the time of ordering you requested the Bulbasaur. I regret to say we were all out of that particular character. We got in touch to apologies and let you know exactly what characters were to hand. But having contacted you, you had mentioned it was that particular design that was needed. Very sorry that we could not have sourced for you in this instance. I can confirm that we immediately at your request refunded and cancelled your order. I hope this does not discourage you getting in touch with us in the future for your Pokémon needs. I can see by your 1 star review you are not happy and hope that our swift action and customer service might hopefully bring your custom back to try us out again.

Good little gadgets to fix tablet yourself
The headphone jack on my Samsung tablet had gone. I found an adapter on this site. I contacted Gadget Man to make sure that it was suitable for my tablet and needs. Got a response within the hour. Ordered and it was delivered within 5 working days. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing by email after ordering. I had been quoted €50 to have the jack fixed so to get the adapter at €15 was great. And it works perfectly
