Bought a phone case that never shipped, when i contacted support I was told it would take several weeks because it was being handmade. Finally they stopped responding. The worst company in the world. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies. Is there was "0" stars I would give it.

Like everyone else, I received the wrong item.
And they offer unfounded discounted refunds.
By the way, when I sent the return to the address they provided, it was returned with an unknown address.

I order an item in June 2020. They took my money but never sent the product. It is now Nov 2020. I have sent them numerous follow up emails and they do not reply. Total scam.

Made an order in July 2020, never deliver. Cheating cheating cheating!

I bought an item from them with premium shipping, it's been a month with no updates and the guy running the company ( Kevin ) keeps telling me in an email they're investigating the problem, 3 weeks without an update on it and when i asked for a refund they didn't refund me at all

The worst company. I ordered three air dusters and got some useless USB corded mini-vacuum. Should have checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company. So many people have complained about the same thing. I took a chance and feel dumb. I have PayPal getting my money back. Still takes a long time. PayPal should shut this company off from using them.

Never deal with this scam company. I ordered the Air Duster X for $44.80 US. After 60 days I received an inferior Mini Vacuum Cleaner. Is was not suitable. After negotiations I was offered to have $25.00 US and keep the useless Vacuum Cleaner. I refused. I wanted to receive my full refund. PayPal intervened and I was offered the full refund of $44.80US but I had to return the item to Gadgetox. I did but it cost $20.00AUD to return. So I am out of pocket the freight. The resolution from PayPal should have included the $20.00 as I was not responsible for the error.
I note many other victims os the same scam from Gadgetox. Do not buy from them. Don

Scammed, same as everyone else. Ordered the blower and got a cheap vacuum instead. Paypal forced the dispute closed. They basically steal your money.

Exactly the same experience - 3 months to get a mini vacuum instead of the air duster ordered - and then they want me to pay to ship it back! Never ever ever ever ever ever order from this company

Man I feel dumb, should have reviewed the site before purchase! Same scam, purchased that air blower and got a non functioning USB mini vacuum. It took exactly 60 days to get it too, with weekly reports from someone named Kevin. I am calling my bank tomorrow to see if I can get anything back. Found this site on Google, can't believe none of these sites get scanned for validity!!!

Fell for the same air duster scam - wish I'd checked here first. Currently going through a Paypal dispute with them.

Don't know why Paypal and Facebook continue to let these scam artists use them.

Like a lot of others, I fell victim to this stupid scam. I purchased a Duster X and instead was sent a cheap USB vacuum cleaner that didn't work. This is the reason that the world HATES Chinese products. I would have given negative stars if I could have...

Got my package after 2 months.
Kind of expected considering the covid situation.
But the thing is the package I received, did have the item order.
On top of that, they want me to pay for the shipping costs, sending it back

Finally got my order after 2 months, NOT what I ordered, I was expecting a blower and I got a vacuum cleaner, A junky vacuum cleaner, I won't be ordering from this crap Co. again. Guess I'm out $45.

Literally a scam website, the product description is not at all what I was sent. Order an Air Duster X but received a terrible quality chinese manufactured USB vacuum cleaner which does not even work. To top it off, the shipping took over 2 months for the scam to be carried out. Do not purchase from this website at all costs, some random singaporean scammers own it and will rort you for your money. Terrible service, terrible product, someone should get this website taken down

Don’t buy from this supplier, they fished you to purchase the item, then shipped you the wrong (inferior) item and you have to pay the postage return the product to them for refund .
The cost of postage might more than what you paid for the order since it has to return overseas.
Or they fish you to take less than half of the refund to keep the cheaply wrong item!
You paid full price for cheaply unusable item!

Again, don’t buy from this company!

they send fake products, ordered an opolar airduster and they send a crap mini vacuum cleaner and not the airduster, they advertise on facebook use different domains liking to the same shopify shop (gadgetox-spain). Afterwards i have gotten the same standard email not willing to refund me or only half of the price and they do this on purpose knowing they still make the money.

Same as other users, i have received a Fake Air Duster. ORDER 44615
Payed with Paypal. Asked Gadgetox a full refund.
You know what? They ask to send the fake item back and i have to pay the shipment!!! The cost for sending back the item is more expensive than what i've payed.
Paypal useless assistance for that.
THIS IS A FRAUDE

I have the exact experience .. instead of sending me the Opolar Air Duster that I have ordered , they sent me a very weak and useless mini USB vacuum cleaner that does not work at all.. Below is what they keep replying you when you wrote in to ask for the right shipment :
