High quality and very secure

I bought the wide tucking gaff and found it extremely secure and also comfortable to wear for long periods. It really helped smooth down my front and I was amazed with the end result when wearing it under tight fitting leggings.
The material felt high quality and this is the best gaff I've used.
No issues with delivery and it arrived after a couple days.

Do not buy from them

I ordered 5 weeks ago 70€ worth of gaffs, still to this day I did not get anything (they have 2-4 weeks commitment). Their customer service is deadnaming me and not supporting me with getting the tracking number or any information related to my package.

Even they threatened me with their legal team when I asked for a refund or told them I will take legal actions to get back my money

Strongly not recommended.

Full scammers - two months waiting for my parcel and I never received it!

Full scammers. I placed an order in August, but as I was in the process of moving, I entered my old address. On the same day, I emailed them to update it to my new address to ensure proper delivery. They replied that the parcel had already been shipped. I was fine because delivery was supposed to take only 2–5 days.

For two months, I went back and forth between my old and new addresses waiting for the parcel, but it never arrived. I never received any email or tracking number (which I normally get from Royal Mail when a parcel is due). Over the next two months, I repeatedly contacted them asking for a tracking number or any update, but they either ignored my messages or vaguely said they would “check it themselves” without ever following up.

A few days ago, after two months of waiting my parcel, they finally emailed me saying there had been a problem with the delivery the past months and that’s why I haven’t received my parcel. They sent me a picture of my parcel and they shipped it again to my old address, even though I’d been communicating for two months asking them to update the address. Unsurprisingly, I still haven’t received anything. They didn’t even offer a refund.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. No responsibility, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. I have proof of all my emails and messages showing their lack of response. Whatever they say to defend themselves, the evidence speaks for itself. I will never order from them again.

Ordered items off of this company on…

Ordered items off of this company on the 8th of August, which was marked as "fulfilled" as soon as it was placed. 2 weeks go by and I receive an email asking me to leave a review for the items, which I had not even gotten. Nor had I gotten any notification it was shipped at all.

I send the company an email querying about my items 2 weeks after I purchased them, they reply saying "its at my processing point" and there might be delays with my local postal service (there wasn't as I've received other items from different companies by post in the time frame since that email).

It has now been more than a month in total since the order was placed, which according to their website the order should have taken 2 weeks. I've still yet to receive my items and at this point i would just send them back. And before they use their usual reply on here, no I did not miss an attempted delivery.

The company keeps taking down my 1 star review on their own website, from what I can see they take down all 1 star reviews.

I've not had a response from the company since asking for a refund or the package to be resent. After a month of no reply I ended up getting my bank to do a chargeback.

They recently replied to me, saying I was harassing them, an they would only send me my refund IF I took down my bad reviews of them. Very shady business practice.

Customer service

Ordered several products. They shipped the delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so all appeared good until I opened the package. They sent the wrong items. I took photos of the items and contacted the company, who said they had dispatched the correct replacements. However, after repeated attempts to get the tracking number off them or find out where the package was, over a week later, they have not sent the correct items and they are no longer replying to emails.

Can’t get enough!

Although, I feel that they are expensive for one pair of underwear, I have used this brand for years and I wear them almost everyday. I can’t get enough!

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Ordered hundreds of pounds of underwear and haven’t received one email or correspondence over my order. Paid for express delivery been over 2 weeks. My emails and messages on instagram are being ignored. And my comments are being deleted on their instagram page! Don’t order from these. I’ve ordered from these before and been perfect. But looks like they are now just obviously scamming people :)

11 days so far nothing

11 days so far nothing, no update no email, nothing about my order £100+ spent and not a single response so far.
Very unhappy with this as I ordered on the 8th with express delivery hoping it to possibly arrive on my birthday (the 13th) or close to that. Can someone maybe be useful and tell me where my order is?

Horrible

Horrible, after more than 3 months i still have not received my order, despite my numerous emails i have sent i was still ignored. Avoid at all costs lest you make the same mistake i did.

Avoid at ALL costs

Avoid at ALL costs. Purchased +$150 and never received them after multiple contact attempts. It has been over 2 weeks and I paid for express delivery (3-7 days).

great experience

my last order with gaff and go went horribly, I ordered through their website instead of Etsy and the order just never arrived, Gaff and go were horrible with replying to my emails as well and I was confused because the service is so good on Etsy... after that bad experience I tried again this time through Etsy and my order arrived in good time. There is a serious issue with the management of the website and I believe if it is too much handling two platforms, shut down the website and stay only on Etsy, because whilst the products provided are so amazing and they are so important for the queer community, you can't be so nonchalant with peoples hard earned cash, so I am giving 5 stars, and I really hope they fix the issues with the website or just take it down all together, but as for the service on Etsy, amazing, the products? amazing have literally changed my life
