Gaggia Cadorna prestige

Purchased the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige(uk). A nice looking machine but quite large, it takes up a lot of worktop. It’s very noisy from the pump and steamer when being used and can be heard in the bedrooms. Luckily we don’t have children trying to sleep. The water tank is a tight fit and I worry that the front could be broken off when trying to get it out. The coffee is lovely tasting and I would like to try different beans. The drip tray needs emptying after a couple of drinks so as not to spill it. It leaks inside the machine when working so even though a container is placed under the spout it still needs emptying from the drip tray. Would I recommend - not at all. The company has been making coffee machines for so long yet I don’t think they have this one sorted. Overall it’s an expensive machine and I regret buying it.

I recently spoke with Tony Williams at Gaggia's office for 20 minutes, and what an amazing experience it was! Tony went through loads of tips and options on how to look after my coffee machine, which I bought a few months ago. His advice was incredibly helpful and showed a deep understanding of the product. I would definitely recommend buying a Gaggia machine, as their after-sales service is truly the best. Exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond!

Outstanding personal service via Zoom

Outstanding personal service via Zoom. Dave & Tony were able to explain and demonstrate a few areas of our new Gaggia Velasca that I hadn't quite understood. I can't remember any company in my past that offered such great service and all with such a friendly manner. Both David and Tony are an asset to the brand Gaggia. After I came off the call, I thought how fortunate I have been to have chosen Gaggia after considering other brands. Well done Gaggia UK .... and our coffee machine is fantastic.

Contacted Gaggia as I have a problem…

Contacted Gaggia as I have a problem with my machine. I was guided to a zoom call with two engineers - Tony and Dave, who helped me through some checks. They diagnosed what they thought to be the problem and advised me. I am going to call them again next week after I have done what they suggested.
This was the best customer service I have ever received and at zero cost. Thanks Guys.

Exceptional Customer Support

Contacted Gaggia support through Gaggia.co.uk and have to say it’s easily the best customer support I’ve ever received anywhere, anytime. A general enquiry led to an online chat, who led me to a zoom meeting with the service team. They, or should I say their engineer on the zoom call, asked and looked at the problem first hand before recommending a course of action to fix the problem I was having. As it happens it did fix the problem but I was genuinely disappointed (not really, but in a real sense as was as I had no obvious reason to upgrade) as the new models we went on to discuss look very attractive and I’m now mulling over buying a replacement anyway given my existing and excellent model is obsolete. It really was the sort of assistance we can usually only dream of so, consequently, I’m delighted to recommend Gaggia to one and all.
