Been trying to get to my group email. Keeps asking for a password. Tried to enter what thought was the password and it keeps bouncing me to Google. I would like an Icon that I can push on and get me to the group. American Legion Post 17.

Being a new client, I needed help with using the billing process. I sent an email to Gaggle Help and received a helpful response right away. I
could successfully complete the billing process.

Gaggle help generally responds to questions with
helpful, clear information quickly. A reason to
select their group email service!

Gaggle support was able to resolve the issue I was having with hosted domain validation fairly quickly, and followed up with useful information on what might have happened to cause it.

I sent an email suggesting that it would be nice to have end-user-specified named directory hierarchies in Files. I knew this was a tall order but I received a reply thanking me for the suggestion and letting me know that it would be under consideration for upcoming features. Couldn't ask for anything more at this point!

the customer support has been amazing. They are quick at responding, and getting us all set up. I highly recommend this listserve service fully.

Twice I have contacted the Help team and received immediate and correct information back. I am new to GAGGLE so I am learning how it works. I like the product. It will work well for my class reunion project.

This application is good for group mail. vary easy to use and manage

Simple yet effective solution to create an anonymous mailing list.

Gaggle is very good and straight forward, however it would be nice for Gaggle to offer some advanced features as time goes by such as voting and tallying, group in group management, appointment date and time consensus, etc.

This is a wonderful service for my non-profit organization. Careful attention to detail is evident in Gaggle's excellent web interface. Simon is very responsive to questions and suggestions for new features. And the cost of the service is nominal. Highly recommended.

I love it. Easy to maintain. Inexpensive. Really works for my small group. Incredibly responsive support!

I have worked with other providers for our list serve and Gaggle has provided us and our subscribers with better tools to work with. We have the ability to post items with attachments and our size limit has increased from 30KB's from our other service provider to now 5MB's with Gaggle. Another great feature for our subscribers is that they have the ability to manage their profile with any updates they may have as opposed to going through their administrator for simple changes. We are very pleased with Gaggles services and continue to enjoy the daily service your company provides to our organization.

We like Gaggle Mail but it lacks one key feature. The ability for members of one group to have access a second group, without opening up the second group to the world.

Very easy to use no problems setting up.One minor drawback is the limit on attachments.

I enjoy this Listserv program - very easy to administer. We use the moderation component and that has been very user-friendly. We switched from a very outdated and complicated self-designed program and this has been wonderful!

Two suggestions I might have: 1) this would be a great app for iPhone/Android - in my business situation it would be a great benefit; and 2) As part of the moderation admin it would be nice to have capability of deleting messages rather than rejecting them. Thanks for a great product!
