Deeply Disappointed

Purchased the Serena Bouclé Rocking & Nursing Chair on 20th September….still no sign. After several emails back and forth with empty promises (and a phone call) I am so disappointed in the customer service and feel completely let down by this company. Home from the hospital this week and no nursing chair. Sadly would not recommend as they are unreliable.

100% most helpful customer support ever

This company cares, it cares so much! I want to thank them so much for all their help in getting me my mattresses.
I live in Northern Ireland and their business doesnt normally deliver to us but i got the Cot when i had my first. They bent over backwards to help me get the mattresses to me and am internally grateful for all their help!

The quality of the Gaia Baby stuff is…

The quality of the Gaia Baby stuff is great. Initially, we had an issue with the cot missing a box, but after reaching out to Gaia baby support, they quickly rectified - these things happen, but the post sales customer service was really excellent. We also must say that we are delighted with the high quality products! Thanks so much - would recommend to a friend!

Great service

We absolutely love the baby bed we purchased! The serena co-sleeper and cot bed combination is incredibly convenient. What made our experience even better was Peter's exceptional help with the installation, six months after our purchase. His expertise and customer service were top-notch. We highly recommend this product and commend the great support we received!"

No sign of item - over three weeks

Wrap ordered on the 28th July and still not arrived.
Customer services apologised and offered 50% refund. They said it should arrive by Wednesday last week (16th) Its now the 21st and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted Customer services again asking for my money back as it has been over three weeks and there have been a number of times I have needed this wrap and haven't been able to. I've yet to hear from them.
As I spent almost £40 on the wrap I was really disappointed. The 50% refund was kind however it hasn't helped with the inconvenience of it all.
I won't be using this company again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

Serena Complete Sleep+…

We bought the Serena Complete Sleep+ Co-Sleeper Bedside Crib & Cotbed in 2019 for our daughter, she has used it in all the various stages, excellent throughout.

In the last month I have attempted to put the cotbed back into the bedside crib mode for our next arrival, unfortunately I had lost a couple of the support pieces in the changeover. I contacted Gaia and they have been able to supply us with replacement parts easily with no hassle. Thank you to Gaia for the ongoing help (despite the 4 year gap) and to Phil especially in your customer care team.

Gorgeous products

Gorgeous, quality products. I have the nursing chair and the changing table drawer set. The nursing chair is beautiful and a great size. It fits both my nursing baby on my lap and her older sister next to me for storytime. It looks great in her nursery but I would happily have it in any room in the house so know it will last for many years to come. The drawers are a lovely curvy design and look fab with the rest of my nursery furniture. The delivery was quick and the customer service was great.

The Hera Dresser is exceptional

No sign of part refund

Received a cot with many broken parts. After much delay, eventually received replacements. Many of the parts labelled incorrectly and didn’t correspond to the instructions. They said they’d refund £50 for the inconvenience (our baby didn’t have a proper place to sleep for 2-3 weeks), and still no sign of this compensation.

Disappointing experience with Gaia…

Extremely poor experience with Gaia baby. I ordered a wrong item by mistake. There was a huge delay in receiving the item, well beyond the promised delivery date and this happened after multiple contacts with the subsidiary / intermediary company (bndle.com). On receiving the two orders, the mistake was immediately identified and one item was not even opened while the second item was re-packed in the original package in exactly the same condition within 30 minutes of opening it. It was sent back in the next few days via EVRI. Gaia was suppose to pay me a full refund but despite waiting for a month and contacting the intermediary company (bndle.com) multiple times, eventually received a reply that Gaia refused refunding me as the returned item was not in a condition that they approve. They sent me some pictures of the two items which appeared to have minor scuffs and smudges on the cardboard boxes. They didn't show me the condition of the actual products which I am pretty sure is intact. Gaia didn't refund me a penny out of what was paid (£116 something) plus both sided delivery charges of around £25. The intermediary company (bndle.com) advised me to contact EVRI for the claim. I won't receive anything from EVRI either as I had not insured the products.

I have had a look into your order and I would like to share with you my findings in response to your comments please

I can see that you placed the order with a retailer called Bndle. Gaia Baby received the order on the 9th May and it was delivered on the 15th (4 working days and your order was quoted with a lead time of 3-5 working days). Post delivery I can see that you reported to Bndle that you had indeed ordered the wrong item(s) and you liaised with the retailer to organise the return.

The order has arrived back to us in the last few days and we reported to Bndle that the boxes arrived in a very poor condition. Both boxes had significant damage with several tears/holes in the cardboard that has exposed the products inside and damaged them. On sight of the photos Bndle have reviewed the images and advised you that the returned items do not qualify for refund due to the damage. This is in line with their terms and conditions.

Gaia Baby have not received any monies from you and have not promised or refused a refund. This is something that is managed and controlled by the retailer. If you are unhappy with their decision I would recommend that you contact them directly please as this is out of our control.

Excellent Customer Services

Contacted customer services to order a replacement mattress cover. The assistant was very helpful, and prompt with a reply. A complementary cover was sent, for which I was expecting to pay for. Excellent customer services, and very happy with purchase of the Setena Cot bed.

Everything from start to finish was perfect

I purchased one of their Serena Cot beds last year (it was a group purchase for a friend). The whole purchasing experience was easy and the cot was amazing quality. Everything from start to finish was perfect and I can't recommend them enough.

Gaia Baby furniture

Purchased the co-sleeper, drawers and crib. All fantastic quality and very pleased with the furniture. Staff were very responsive and helpful - would highly recommend these products from a well run family business.

Hera rocking chair review

Hera rocking chair review
I love my rocker chair, it was one of the only places I could sleep comfortably in for a few hours at a time in my late stages of pregnancy, and now it helps when I feed my newborn as I struggle with back pain, but this chair makes it easier
