Very happy
My boyfriend recently purchased the ‘Lift’ product for me and so far, I’ve found it takes the edge off my anxiety during the day and it’s also really helped me sleep at night which is something i’ve always struggled with. Would definitely recommend :-)

I'm super confused by the reviews on here, I bought this at a market but it does absolutely nothing as far as I can tell??

Hi Julia, we’re sorry you haven’t got your desired results with CBD yet. It’s often the case (particularly with new users) that it takes as long as 2 weeks, a month or even longer for CBD to ‘work’. Even double dosing initially may not take effect, as the body is still developing its sensitivity and response to CBD as it accumulates.
Because we all have a different biochemical / genetic makeup, it can mean that you need to experiment with CBD in order to find your own personal sweet spot. Some people are lucky, as it works instantly at fairly low doses. For others, they may have to play around with increasing the dose over a series of weeks.
This is in part why you may have had quite a different experience to our other customers.

Hang in there, take drops in the AM, at lunch and in the PM consistently for a month, increasing the dose by a few drops at each time point, each day. This should help build a cumulative reserve of CBD, which may then start to take effect for you.
CBD’s effects can be quite subtle, with many people realising that it was working for them after they have stopped taking it. Its often the case that the effects become more noticeable when starting to use it again.

Not For Me
Been using it for a week - this is my second bottle of CBD I’m trying and Gaia Guru is the second brand I’m trying and just like the first CBD I tried, this one also has zero effect on my. I use it around 5 times a day and I feel nothing. I got the “Lift” one and my morning cup of coffee gives me more of a lift than 16 drops of CBD. It also tastes like cigarettes which I didn’t like. The packaging and postage was amazing so I’m giving 3 stars for that. I’m not convinced there’s any CBD on the market that actually works.
