Great product. I have a subscription and this is never late. I wanted to change my subscription and that was easily done with a email and ammended for me. So that also was very easy.

I bought the trial pack for £16, you get to experience all the types/flavours of sea moss. My favourite was the sea moss with ginger and turmeric. I’ve taken sea moss every day having two table spoons on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I found that my energy levels increased and my digestion much better, I felt these benefits within 7 days. It’s definitely an acquired taste if having it on it’s own however, you can put it in smoothies or cook with it. It comes with clear instructions on how to keep it, benefits, and ideas of how to use it. I will be purchasing more.
