Stealing equals not getting what you pay for.....

Thank you for your email and recent order with us.
DPD tried to delivery the order at 12.21pm 18th June 2021 and again on the 19th June at 8.58am 2021. A text and email was also sent to advise you on the delivery details.
DPD tries to deliver twice then it gets sent back to us and we then disregard it.

Thank you for your feedback. We encourage all of our customers to give a true reflection of their experience with us. We offer all our customers a free next day (one hour time slot) delivery service, sea moss gel can only stay on transit for a limited time before needing to be disregarded as it needs to be refrigerated within a limited period of time. Our courier will try to deliver between 2-3 times and will email and text each time and also advise each time a failed delivery as occurred. As outline several times we are unable to accept liability or offer refunds to deliveries that have failed due to the customer failing to miss several deliveries. We are charge for the delivery and also charged as it needs to be returned to us and disregarded.

No product, no refund and ignoring my emails
I've never written a negative review before but felt like I had to with this company.
After ordering their seamoss I was sent a message telling me with an hour notice to be home, I couldn't do this due to it being in the middle of the day and being at work. When I contacted Gaia they told me they wouldn't resend the product or issue me a refund. They decided to keep my money without sending me the item I ordered. They also ignored all my emails and deleted social media comments asking them to get in touch. So disappointed as the company seemed so ethical from their website etc

I can confirm that we have sent you several responses regarding the issue and explained that as we offer free next day delivery we are unable to be responsible for missed deliveries (when delivers have attempted to deliver several time) as per our shipping policy.
A full refund was however issued.

Amazing! Shipping was super quick, I was so impressed. I use to get my seamoss from another brand but I’ll be getting it from you guys moving forward!

Great Customer service and care
I am extremely happy with the service provided. Not only did my item arrive on time. But, the company was kind enough to send me two bottles of the 279g (turmeric&ginger sea moss) as they did not have the 380g which I originally purchased.
That's what I call great customer care and service. Will defiantly recommend to others and come back for more purchases.

Great customer service and great products
The best sea moss you can get. Could see results in my skin after recently cutting out meat. I broke out in spots all over my forehead - probably because of missing certain minerals or protein from meat etc. Gaia sea moss sorted this out for me because of all the minerals it has in it. Very easy to order online and super fast delivery, even throughout the whole pandemic. I'm signed up for a subscription and had to pause it, the staff were quick to respond and do this for me. And even explained in future how I can pause/start the subscription myself. Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend to everyone.
