Gails refuse cash customers.

Gails, since the time of lockdowns and covid-mania have enforced a refusal of cash. Each time I ask for the reason for this, a different spurious excuse is offered. Sadly, in view of this Draconian, non-inclusive policy I'm no longer willing to visit Gails.

Hello Bonnie, our decision to go cashless was made to streamline our operations and enhance safety for both customers and team. It's also in line with our sustainability efforts, as we no longer have to transport cash (by car) from our 100+ locations. We appreciate the inconvenience and hope you can understand we are doing this for what we believe are the right reasons. No soap in washroom

We stopped by for coffee to drink in. I went to wash my hands in the 1 single toilet and there was no soap. I told a staff member and she said 'yes it's broken, can't you see that the holder is broken' or something curt of that order. I said you could at least buy a temporary hand wash. She ignored me. Gail's is hardly the cheapest option on the high street and this behaviour is unfortunately typical of the way customers are treated these days.

You have very rude unprofessional bartender..

They hired a new bartender and unfortunately his behavior is very rude and aggressive !

Unfortunately, the cafe that I visit everyday and felt like a family atmosphere has now become alien. All the staffs (Bisma, Amal, Suna) were very friendly, but this environment has been cold for me for two weeks. Because the new bartender, who was rude to the customers, tried to manage them, and talked loudly, unfortunately spoiled this beautiful atmosphere.

Today, I went to get my coffee as usual, and while I was waiting for my turn at the place where coffee was made, as I do every day, he rudely told us to leave there. Moreover, not content with this rude behavior, he aggressively stopped making coffee and left.

Gails management If you don't want to lose more customers, I think you should fix this situation. Because your new employee behaves aggressively towards everyone.
