Disappointment at Gail's, Brunswick Centre, London.

Bought a mocha yesterday at Gail's, Brunswick Centre, Bloomsbury. It was luke warm at best. The place was scruffy, tables were piled high with used cups, plates and cutlery. There were at least four staff members available but the place looked shabby and the service could be improved.

Cold sausage roll

I generally like Gail’s but very disappointed with a cold sausage roll today. Apparently they cannot reheat. So bizarre!

Hygiene and health hazard issue

Went for a quick lunch at Gail's Bloomsbury and sat outside a bright but crisp day. When I got up to leave was horrified (and disgusted) to see a pile of human excrement (with TP!) behind my chair on their pavement next to the flower planter. I went in and alerted a member of staff, who then replied that 'it had been there since probably last night but no staff wanted to touch it'.(!) So this means they set up the chairs around it in the morning and let people sit by it all that day! Very bad disgusting hygiene and health hazard practice. I can't eat at Gail's again with this experience.
