It was my daily go to for years - I never had any issues with quality and enjoyed what I bought. Not any more. The coffee has declined in quality and the Christmas buns this year are a let down - cheaper ingredients or tweak in recipe? Now just dry and lacking the flavour they used to have - filling is barely there. However the savoury Christmas croissant is excellent
Very miserable looking staff, positively grumpy, terrible service from one particular waitress, no spoon nor sugar provided for my tea, unacceptable, and also incredibly pricey for just one tea. We will never return.
The acoustics are awful at the back and we had to shout at each other across our little table. Awful experience.
