Really rude staff on the kings street in Manchester. Stood in a queue for 20 minutes today only for the woman to skip me while looking at me knowing I’m waiting for her to take my order. I did mention... See more

I don't normally leave bad reviews. Normally everything at Gail's is very good but recently I got a Chai latte to go. When I got it back to work I realised it was only a 2 thirds full. Not good cons... See more

Really rude staff on the kings street in Manchester. Stood in a queue for 20 minutes today only for the woman to skip me while looking at me knowing I’m waiting for her to take my order. I did mention that she’s skipped me but she continued to ignore me and take the person behind me’s order. I’ve been a loyal customer to Gail’s and tend to spend £12 three to four times a week but this has happened twice now. So will not go back.

I don't normally leave bad reviews. Normally everything at Gail's is very good but recently I got a Chai latte to go. When I got it back to work I realised it was only a 2 thirds full. Not good considering the prices.
Then today I thought I'd treat myself to a sandwich. Oh how wrong I chose. Got the new pastrami one. It was totally herendous. The meat is so tough and fatty I could not bite through it. Come on Gail's you can do so much better. Very poor quality.
Ended up eating the sauerkraut on the bread!!!

No food cover
The cakes and other food are displayed in front of the queuing customers with no real protective cover. Anything coming out of the customers’ mouths falls onto the food. Because of this I asked twice for a pastry from the back stand but was still given one from the front. Need to pay attention to basic hygiene
