My first visit to Gail’s in Knutsford. Only 1 dirty table full of trays and crockery available. We had to tidy it up ourselves and there was nowhere to put previous occupants remnants so sat with them on the table. Free coffee token in the app didn’t work, so had to pay, plus the token then disappeared. Ordered to sit in, but they served one coffee in a mug and cappuccino in a takeaway cup. Then just dumped the cappuccino into a mug so topping was lost. Staff were stressed and it showed. Lots of dogs in the shop, with one large dog sneezing near food items (I love dogs, but that was a bit grim). Coffee and pastries were okay, but not enough to make me want to visit a Gail’s again.
