I was about to mske my order just the appnwas taking me somewhere else. I ask for help as i never expiriance that before and what i got is no knowledge, the lady with short grayish hair and a round glasses made me feel like i am a inconvenience for her as the next customers where waiting.

I have been shopping at Gail’s Bakery…

I have been shopping at Gail’s Bakery in Southfields since it has opened for business regularly probably spent over £1,000 . This morning a reward ( a cup of coffee) was on offer on my loyalty card on ApplePay.

However, I was requested to open the app to claim it . It did not download properly. I asked if it was not possible to give me the coffee anyway as it showed up on the loyalty card in ApplePay. The answer was no !!!

I will not spend my money here again; regardless of how good the product is.

Corporate greed and inflexible attitude!!
