I’ve been a loyal customer of Gail’s…
I’ve been a loyal customer of Gail’s for many years but from this day forward I will stop buying my bakery from there. The customer service is shocking & it puts me off going into their shops. Today was the final straw after being ignored twice & two other customers being served before me, I was then asked to move out of the way!
I gave 2 stars as I do like their bread offering!

Poor customer experience
We visited Gail's at Liverpool St station. We ordered scones. The butter was so hard we couldn't spread it with the functionally useless cardboard knives supplied. We had to eat off of a dirty table with serviettes as no plate was supplied either. Will not patronise Gail's again.
