The £4.80 babka was so dry and flavourless it was like eating a wool sock. What a waste of a caloric splurge.

*OVERPRICED AND POOR SERVICE*
It was around 5pm on 20-02-25. The lady there came walking and just stopped in front of us not greeting or saying anything (ok, not too bad, but first red flag - lacking customer service skills). At that time the options were already low. We ordered what we found left. As she started preparing it I mentioned that we would eat in. She answered saying that at 5pm they only put in a take away bag and disposable cups. So I paid for overpriced items, poor customer service and we had to have our drinks and food in house as a take away option. No proper cups, plates or cutleries.
The lady there could benefit from a customer service skill workshop and the company should review their prices if they want to provide a poor experience like that.
