I recently visited Gail’s again and had a great experience, as always. The manager kindly recommended the new Smoked Chicken Caesar Club sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and perfectly prepared. I also want to highlight the excellent level of cleanliness, which was noticeable throughout the café, just like on every visit. Highly recommended!

I was kicked out of Gail's after peacefully eating and drinking my purchased coffee and bakery goods with my 2 perfectly well behaved dogs lying down at my side, and not disturbing anybody or being in the way of anybody. The staff member told me that dogs weren't allowed in Gail's. This is literally the 1st coffee shop in London that has expressly enforced a no dog policy. Not upon entrance, no signage and permitted in to make my purchase with my dogs at my side but 10 minutes later I was forced to move and was ejected from the coffee shop.
Confused policy's that lead to the unnecessary embarrassment of their customers and are prejudicial in intent
I will never shop here again.
