the advertiser paid for the offer, but the website does not release it
Hi, everyone!
I made some offers on the site and spent a lot more in total than I received. So far so good. But when it was time to make my withdrawal, it was on hold for 30 days.
Which is unfair. Because the offeror paid instantly for the offer I made. I bought three antivirus packages and signed up for a monthly subscription to all three. In total, this is a huge loss for me. Because until now, I have not been given the money I paid for by the advertiser.
I contacted the advertiser, and they said that it has already been paid. I contacted the antivirus support, and unfortunately they said that this is not their business.
Unfortunately, I have no recourse. I tried to contact them by email, but no one answered me. I tried to contact the site's support, and in addition to a long wait, they said that I would have to wait 30 days for the withdrawal.
What do you mean?? I make the offer, spend money on it, and then I still have to wait for the site to decide how long I should receive it? Since the advertiser has already paid and responded to my email confirming that the offer was approved and paid?
Please release my reward or refund the money I spent on the offer.
and detail, I hate to come out and argue, I prefer to resolve everything calmly. but I didn't see any other alternative, because no one talks or answers. first of all, I tried in every way amicably

You completed the Avira Antivirus offer, worth $19, and we paid you promptly. However, you attempted the same offer three times using the same account. Does that seem fair? Technically, your account should have been suspended for repeated attempts, but we opted to place it on hold for a few days instead.
- We have already addressed this matter in your support ticket.
- Your first withdrawal was successfully processed, but we cannot issue payments when the same offer is completed multiple times under the same account.
- We noticed that you mentioned the name "Laluna" in your review. However, we identified another account under your name "Verissimo" with the same offers and points, which corresponds to the name used in your Trustpilot review.
In conclusion, repeated attempts on the same offer could have led to your account suspension, as outlined in both our support and email communications.
This is not an ideal GPT Site so use other platfrom
