Don’t like the fact that they advertise 24-48 hours to review. Don’t even have to courtesy to let you know, if approved or not. Also with no explanations. Would not recommend

They were real good and respectful how they helped me out with a loan off of my lawsuit and it didn't take weeks. This basically happened. I called one day and the next day. I had my money that I had asked for. Thank you so much.

BEST COMPANY EVER!!!

I had an accident last month. I called another company to try and help me and I was told that I had to wait a month to reapply because my case was too new. I searched for companies online and Cherokee had the best reviews. I called Cherokee last week and let them know what I needed and within less than a week, I had the money to be able to pay my bills until my settlement is complete. The staff is awesome and very friendly. I appreciate all of the help that they provided. Thanks Cherokee Funding!!!

I would have chosen 5 stars but we didn't have a dollar to our name and you all were aware of that and it was supposed to be in my checking account that Friday(01.17.20) before 5 and was not in account until the following Tuesday (01.21.20) We appreciate it though!

I would have given a five star review…

I would have given a five star review however the process took longer and was more stressful than needed. I received two emails from different people explaining that my lawyer hadn't signed and returned his part. I contacted his Assistant who told me he had signed, faxed and emailed it back as soon as it came over his email on Friday the 17th as he was watching for it and knew how much I needed it. She said she would have him re-fax and re-email it immediately. I called your company back and let the gal know that he was re-faxing and re-emailing. She replied, "Oh he faxed it? "Just a minute, I'll be right back." She came back on the line and said that it was on the fax and she'd get it to the underwriters now. She said it could take 24 to 48 hours. That was so stressful because I needed it that very day. I received an email from my bank letting me know he hadn't gotten it yet. I called him and he said that the wire was just received and he'd make sure that I was able to use it immediately.
Hopefully this will help your next client without the added stress. That ALL forms of communication are checked for paperwork being returned. I understand that email and fax machines don't always work and I acknowledge that that could have been what happened but the gal acted surprised that it was faxed. I want to emphasize that EVERY person I was in touch with at your company was VERY kind, empathetic and so willing to help me.
High five to all involved..
Have a great Friday and an even better weekend.
