Excellent product and customer service

Excellent product and customer service!
I ordered pea protein from Gainsnutrition. One of the packets broke in transit, but I was uncomfortable using it. I emailed them, and they sent a replacement in no time. Thank you, I am very happy!

Huge 1KG tub for the price paid

Huge 1KG tub for the price paid that included p&p. I mixed the powder with water as instructed. However, added cherry and berries squash from Aldi. Really nice! Only slight issue was taking the scoop out of the tub. It was buried in the powder so I lost some powder removing it. Perhaps the scoop could be fixed under the lid? Very quick delivery. Well packed. Great experience. Thank you so much!

Package stuck in customs, zero contact

Package held in customs since 13 April. UPS did not contact me once during this time.
I called three times. Each time an automated bot failed to understand me and once redirected me to UPS Germany, the wrong department.
I emailed customer support. They replied telling me to contact a separate customs email address instead of forwarding my issue themselves.
I emailed customs. I received an automated reply citing high email volume and asking for patience. I called again. The line was so distorted I could not hear the agent.
UPS eventually contacted the seller (NOT ME), who then contacted me.
Not ONCE did UPS reach out to me directly during all of this, despite holding my shipment for nearly 10 days.
They then imposed a resolution deadline of 27 April (giving me 4 days), a deadline they set while having made zero effort to contact me.
When I finally reached a human, the issue turned out to be a simple proof of payment request.
Information that was never communicated at any point. I submitted the documents. They confirmed receipt. The parcel is still not delivered.
10 days in customs (18 days in transit), four contact attempts, zero proactive communication, a self-imposed deadline, and a fixable issue that nobody bothered to mention.
No help from the seller, they told me nothing about what the issue was. UPS relayed no information to the seller for me.

Avoid if you have any choice in the matter.

For clarity, no phone number was provided with your order. When UPS contacted us requesting this information, we reached out to you the same day, obtained your contact details, and passed them to UPS immediately.

Tracking now confirms that the order has been delivered.

Customs clearance and courier communication are handled directly by UPS, and we do not control how or when they contact recipients. We agree this should have been communicated more clearly by them.

We acted promptly at each stage and remained responsive throughout. If you would like us to review this further, please contact us directly so we can assist.

Recipe change

I have been buying the bcaa gummies for about a year now absolutely loved them great size and flavour unfortunately the recipe has been changed and they neither look nor taste the same the texture has turned dry and bitty and the aftertaste is like chewing hairspray I have canceled my subscription and I am looking for an alternative. Very disappointed. I would like to add that the service i have received from gains nutrition has always been great prompt delivery's great subscription offers and a fantastic customer service team. So please don't let this review stop you from ordering from here. (Only the bcaa gummies)
