I just received an Ateez album I ordered on Gaja, and I'm really happy about it.
First, the website is pretty and the prices are correct.
I chose a pick-up station but there was a problem with the station itself so the Team informed me quickly and helped me to find a solution.
The team was really kind with me and they even gifted me some really nice freebies of my bias, for the inconvenience (for which they apologies even if it wasn't their faut)
The package was very well packed and came quickly.
I highly recommand this store and I want to thank all the team for their kindness.
PS : The album is so beautiful and I got SeongHwa, Wooyoung and San inside, Dear Team, you can imagine how happy I am 💜

I bought a Oneus lightstick from Gaja and it came very quickly! The lightstick works and was packed very carefully! It has very small damage (two small scratches, I suspect this lightstick can get scratched easily and this is not done by the store as this lightstick is new). However, I can cover that with a nice bow around the lightstick, so overall I'm super happy! At first I wasn't sure if the store was trustworthy, which is why I asked the owner to make a few pictures for me. The owner was very kind and sent me multiple photo's. The website works a bit strange, (I wasn't able to pay with Paypal) and the no return policy is a bit strange as well, but Gaja is besides this a very nice and friendly store with items that are sometimes hard to find!
