Delivery time scale and quality of build, as I live close to them they personally delivered the items on a Saturday morning, much appreciated.

Superb gaming pc bought for my sons birthday. I think we got the scorpio gaming pc and it did not disappoint. He hasn't been off it since we got it and it does all his school work needs with ease.

I don’t usually leave reviews but WOW
I brought the capricornus bundle and it’s top quality.

We had minor issues with delivery but that was down to Royal Mail holding the delivery and nothing to do with the company, I mention this due to the star of customer service Greg , he kept me fully informed and answered every question and query I had during the process of delivery.

Now I made sure to give it a couple weeks before I made any sort of review on the item so that I can test every aspect of it out and you would honestly think I paid double for what I have than the actual price.

Every single game runs perfectly with no issues, even newer games. The first one I tried to play which to be fair isn’t the newest but definitely intensive for a computer was Spider-Man Miles morales and it was PERFECTION! No stutters no lag no graphical issues and it was all playing on top quality settings.

For the owners I’m telling you the patience that Greg had with me whilst dealing with my hundreds of questions needs to be awarded. He was quick to respond and even answered technical questions I had about upkeep in the simplest terms as this is my first pc so that I would know what he was telling me.

You guys are the best and for any buyers reading this review wondering is it worth the money, yes and more!

It's been some years since I've had to buy a PC so not really up with the latest this and that but Greg was very helpful and informative. PC works great my son loves it.

Just one thing it is bigger than I expected.

I am very satisfied with the PC built by Galactic Gaming. The configuration is exactly what we expected, it was built quickly, and everything looks great. The quality of the build is excellent, and overall the system performs really well.

The only small downside is that for beginners, clearer instructions would be helpful — especially regarding where to plug in headphones and how to correctly connect the monitor to the computer. We had a bit of confusion at first, which could be easily avoided with a simple guide.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was disappointing. According to the app, the package was marked as delivered to the door, but instead it was left at a collection point that was closed for a full week due to the Christmas holidays. There were other collection points available that were open during that time, so this delay was frustrating. The PC was meant to be a Christmas present for my son, and the delivery delay was quite upsetting.

Aside from the delivery issue, we are very happy with the PC itself and the configuration provided by Galactic Gaming. I would still recommend them for the quality of their builds.

Extremely good pc with runs everything my son asked for, excellent help from Greg, friendly, great knowledge and quick to respond to any question, in all the perfect experience and will 100 percent recommend to anyone looking at getting into pc gaming

i ordered my pc on the 11th of december and it still hasnt arrived because of an issue on galactic and royal mails end.

I initially emailed Greg as a complete novice with a son who wanted a gaming computer for Steam. Greg replied quickly and confirmed that a gaming bundle would be all we needed to get started. Delivery was quick, with tracking etc. and the actual kit itself is impressive - simple and easy to set up and fully ready to go and able to be customised and upgraded as required in future. We went for the Aries bundle and my son is delighted, it’s everything he wanted and more. The monitor actually came with a European plug but Galactic had sent a UK version too - all eventualities considered. Would fully recommend Galactic as opposed to a big corporate site - much more personal and contactable and fully centred on customer needs and satisfaction. The price was much better value too! 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a Ophiuchus gaming PC bundle from Galactic Gaming as a Christmas present for my daughter. From ordering to delivery the whole process was a breeze. All questions were answered promptly and professionally. Greg even sent the PC and the rest of the bundle so I could receive the delivery on my day off.
The set up on Christmas Day went without any problems, everything described was in the boxes and all leads were supplied. I could not be more pleased with the PC, needless to say my daughter was delighted with her present and has not stopped gaming.
I would definitely recommend Galactic Gaming to anyone who is looking to buy a PC.

All arrived ontime, really pleased.
The pc stopped displaying on monitors though. BUT, the team were EXCELLENT. Tried to help over the phone, which didn't work but then went above and beyond to get it right again and back to us as quick as possible. Sometimes, technology stops work8ng but the sign of a good company is how they respond and it was excellent!

I have bought 2 gaming pc's from this legend of a guy asked me exactly what I want the computers to do and nailed it had 2 very happy boys now is the only place I will use thanks as always

Absolutely incredible smooth transition fast delivery all came undamaged and well packaged will definitely buy another one in the future runs every game i need i currently have 20+ games on my PC atm no lag and the anti virus works amazingly

Contacted Gregg in regards to building me a computer for my business as I had no idea what I need or was after! Told Gregg exactly what softwares I would be needing and using and he specced my PC based on that! PC is perfect and looks great! Very happy :)

I haven’t got a clue about computers or gaming & when my son asked for a gaming pc for his birthday I had a quick google & was pleasantly surprised you could get a full bundle frm Amazon !
This quickly took a turned as I learned there are many different aspects needed to run certain games & it turned out the main game he wanted was the reason why he wanted a pc in the first place!
I was then in trouble & time was not on our side, I was searching none stop for 3days very stressed & not having any luck in finding one that was good enough to play this game without it costing an absolute fortune & then I was still terrified that I’d read it correctly & it would work!
I then luckily came across there website & not only did it have an email to contact, it had a mobile number & online form, that I immediately filled out & message, as it was quite late at nite , explaining what I needed.
The next morning they rang me back & had a good chat about what I wanted & how I little time I had before his birthday!
They immediately got to work , & did more than build the perfect pc they ended up putting together an even better one than intended as a couple of the parts wasn’t in stock in time for it to be delivered in time.
They rang me with the updates & shipped it straight out to me, this all happened within 3days .
My son was absolutely over the moon I can tell you & I can honestly say this company has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life!

Greg is so knowledgeable, in his PC builds, this is my 2nd purchase from him, and he has helped me so much when choosing my PC and what I needed, discussed all my options, and advised me on everything, his after sale support is nothing less than perfect.
Once parts where agreed for the build, it was completed in a very timely manner, and communicated with me though out the build.
Being a gaming streamer I would 100% recommend his services to any one that asks for recommendations.

I did a lot of research to find a beginner gaming bundle PC for my 12 year old sons birthday. I came across Galactic Gaming and thought that they were building great value starter PC’s with better quality and more recent parts than some other websites. I ordered the Aries bundle and contacted them to request if the PC could be delivered in time for my sons birthday. Greg contacted me as it was over a bank holiday and assured they would send it express so that it would arrive on time. My son was absolutely over the moon and loves his new PC, He can see the improved graphics and upload/download speeds. It looks amazing and built to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Galactic Gaming for a beginner gaming PC which is quality and great value.

Greg is a pleasure to talk to, at first he amazingly helped me on a budget. Over the last year he has helped me choose the best upgrades as and when I could afford more. I am so thankful for the experience. I will be recommending to anyone I can.
