This company is a SCAM ordered the leaf blower in October 2024 as shown on Tik Tok, a month later nothing received. I disputed the charge on my Credit Card and apparently Galacup said it was delivered to my address and they printed out a map with a PIN to my address. No tracking information and did not advise if they used UPD, Fed Ex nothing. I reopened my dispute case with my credit card company to get my money back! SCAMMERS!!

What a scan. Ordered in Oct, took my money and never even acknowledged my order. My credit card company refused the purchase thank God after I called and complained so I did get my money back and will never order from TikTok again.

Complete scam. Purchased via TikTok. My leaf blower was sent to an address not mine. I contacted Galacup. A note from "Deborah" in customer service confirmed that my item was shipped to the wrong address and that they would send a new package with my purchased product. Nothing. I have emailed them multiple times (no phone number that I can find) and no response.

Scam, liars, false advertising...the list of perjoratives goes on.

I ordered a leaf blower (TikTok got me) on Oct. 10. I have since emailed 3 times--no response and no product. Thankfully I didn't pay for shipping, so they only scammed me for $29.99.

It's a scam. They said the item was delivered and they sent a picture of some random doorway. Not even close to mine. She said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I've been ignored ever since. Save your money and don't buy from here.

It’s a scam. They have tons of products on the page but they never ship the items once purchased.
If you don’t notice or keep track, you will lose money. Luckily I have noticed and took action.
Be aware. Avoid at all cost
