Great cruise on Letty. Snorkelling was especially good and the food on the boat was super with a great crew. Ships generator had a few issues that affected air con and hot water at times but generally fine. Communication with Galapatours could have been more timely but everything worked out well - recommended!

Thank you so much for your great review and recommendation! We are thrilled to hear that the superb food, exceptional snorkeling, and our wonderful crew on board the Letty made your trip so memorable.

We sincerely apologize for the temporary generator hiccups and the delays in our pre-trip communication. We’ve passed the technical feedback directly on to the vessel's management, and we have recently optimized our customer support team to ensure much faster, more timely responses for all of our guests.

We’re glad everything worked out so well, and we hope to welcome you back on board for another incredible cruise in the future!

We booked last minute and Galapatours were great at pulling it all together. Galapagos itself is just amazing and something everyone should do once in their life if they get the opportunity. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time.
