I ordered 2 sneakers, I asked for them to cancel one of them because I ordered the wrong number, they canceled but never gave my money back... almost 2 months later, 2 social media spams with hundreds of messages, and about 20 emails, I finally found Jessica, the only competent employee on this company, that resolve my problem in 5 days.

The sneakers are beautiful, I'm not sure about the quality yet, but let's see. The costumer support is TERRIBLE!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago. They are yet to ship. I emailed support (who took 3 days to respond) and was told they could rearrange my delivery. This was a week ago and I have yet to hear anything further. Will update this review upon receiving the items.
Update: Shipping issue resolved and shoes received, they look great but feel a little on the cheaper end.

Sizing is all wrong and T shirts misshapen. To return them you have to send them to China at your expense. Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience with Galartsy was amazing. I have got 3 shoes and many pieces of clothes.

The Galartsy company makes consistently great T-shirts hoodies and other stuff ( even tea sets). Great for birthday presents for family and for oneself. I can usually get plus size stuff 5XL but some of the pieces are too small for me. They do take quite a while to deliver though…

Geraldine and Loraine helped me a lot throughout the process, keeping me informed and up-to-dated about every aspect and detail, and also about the different options that I had for every single movement or thing that I needed to make. Overall, the customer service was excellent.

Arrived as expected time wise. Easy to order. Website clear. Shoes comfortable and pretty too!

I love the materials and the design.

Shoes are comfortable, a bit narrow in the middle part of the shoe, but I like the wide tip. I didn't like the price because it is completely synthetic. The price would be much more reasonable if the shoes had leather.

I just received The Creation of Adam sneakers and I'm blown away! The design is absolutely beautiful – the artwork is detailed, vibrant, and truly a conversation starter. They’re not just stylish but also super comfortable for everyday wear. The quality exceeded my expectations – you can tell a lot of care went into crafting these shoes. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was clean and professional. I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend !

I ordered two pairs of sneakers at the same time. One pair I received with a week or so. I love them, the size is right and they are comfortable. My problem is that the other pair still hasn’t been shipped. It’s been three weeks now and the status hasn’t changed. I contacted Galartsy multiple times about this, but they just ignore my messages. Their policy states that a placed order takes 1-3 business days to process before shipment. So not three weeks… The policy also states if the order is delayed or appears to be lost to contact them and they will provide a resolution. But as said, they just ignore e-mails when this is the case.

Love the dress and the t-shirts. The delivery time was good and i god updates from start to finish.

Stay well clear of this company!
Galartsy A. Sent me a us size when what i ordered on the website seemed clearly to be a uk size.
In the order confirmation there was no mention of which type of size they were. The shoes are useless to me, because they are too small.
B. Galartsy took 30 days to respond in any meaningful way to my request to return them for a refund - a whole month!
C. When they did respond, they maintained that the shoes cannot be returned, that they only use us sizing on their website (which is an outright lie), and that they were in no way to blame for this mistake. It may appear that way, but I was very aware of the possibility that they might send the wrong size when I ordered and was most careful to choose from the sizes that they offered. It was their incompetent description that caused this mistake.
I believe that this slipshod company has had so many problems with people being led to believe that they ordered shoes of one size and then being sent another size altogether so that they are close to being unable to continue operating so they have to lie in order to avoid replacing shoes wrongly sent out.
My advice - stay clear!

GALARTSY sell cheap Chinese rubbish. I bought two iPhone covers with Van Gogh designs. They were pathetic, cheap Chinese rubbish. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM GALARTSY. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures!

I think the product that arrived was better than expected. The only small thing was that the delivery was a little later than expected and in a lot of separate parts. They all arrived, though!

I work at a museum and coworkers and guests have stopped me about my Hokusai "The Great Wave" sneakers and the cute Rococo cherubs with the double laces. I got my partner The Creation of Adam Sneaks and Van Gogh's Starry Night tennis shoes. Big hits between the 4 total styles.

Could very much see myself ordering something else from this website.

The colors and designs can be used for both casual and formal events .
The sneakers are so elegant!!!
