It need that the wold is changing from digital to technology it really a nice product and an amazing product.

This company is a complete FRAUD! DO NOT buy!!! I ordered 2 projectors for my kids’ christmas gifts. The projectors never arrived. When I tried to email them- the email address no longer worked and nobody ever replied to the messages sent through their website form.

This company is pure fraud. Stay clear from them! Not only they are scammers but they are disrespectful and have zero response. The only response you will ever get from them is an automated response.

I paid 79.95 USD to buy a projector. That projector never reached me. They did send me an email saying my product has shipped and also sent me a tracking no. After a few weeks, when I tracked the status, it said, the product has been delivered! To my shock! Because no such product was ever delivered.

When I reached out to them saying the product was never delivered I got no response from their customer care other than an automated response. Then I asked them to at least send me a new product or refund my money, still, they did not respond to me.

These people have defrauded me and as you can see, numerous other people have paid their hard-earned money.

Scammers, dosn't deliver what they advitise, and refuse to refund.

Very forthcoming in replies about shipping and other questions. Once we received the cheap plastic ´device´ that was supposedly an 80$ worth projector and l worked out it didn´t charge at all, I knew I was scammed. No replies to any further emails. Reported it to the Federal Trade Commision and filed a chargeback with my card company. Its outrageous that they are allowed to run promotions on Social Media, which I will also report this to.

Shocking!! We received the product but it was faulty and didn't work. Actually it's completely dead. After following their instructions on their website with applying for return or refund to the tee my e-mails have been completely ignored. I have since sent them several e-mails and they're completely ignored. They send an acknowledgement receipt upon a new inquiry but then nothing at all after that.

I ordered and paid for a projector as a birthday present to my niece many months ago. They claimed to have tried to deliver it, but my brother was at home. And then I called UPS and the Swedish Post Nord and got the information that the package was sent back to Galaxy360pro because Galaxy360pro had not declared the value of the package (needed for the Swedish customs). After that I have tried to reach them several times about this subject, but don’t receive any kind of reply. Was hoping that they at least could repay me if they are not planning to ship me the product. Feel very fooled and disappointed as a customer.

SCAM ALERT! I bought this for a birthday present from their website and never received my lamp. After many attempts to contact them by email and nine months time (!) they still haven’t gotten the product to me or refunded my money!! Now they aren’t even writing back to me. Unbelievable. Their mail service claimed they tried to deliver it but I was home all along during a covid lockdown and they never even tried. I didn’t get notified at the time either and only found out after it had been returned to sender. Such a pain. I’m still trying to get my money back. Galaxy360pro have really just robbed me. Avoid at all costs.

Its just a big scam, package was lost in transit and customer service doesn't respond.

I had my galaxypro360 for less than a month and the port feel out. I sent an email because you can't call anyone and there was a generic reasons about how they would contact me. I haven't had a response since and wrote another email. Its basically a pos and if I were to get it broken at first there's nothing I could do the way its set up. Great concept but horrible service and engineering. Waste of money unless they could replace that or fix it.

Have been trying to contact galaxy360pro since Christmas! Present never worked. Sent videos of it not working and many emails but they are now ignoring me. Dont waste your money. Complete crap.

Purchased this for my daughter for a birthday present. Never received it. No customer service phone number only contact is through a form. I find out through tracking information they sent to the wrong city. Per tracking info and speaking To the post office It got shipped back to galaxy since galaxy put my wrong address. In the meantime I have paid for this item and never received it. I have contacted them 9 times through the form with no response. The post office shows it was returned to them. I had correct mailing address down same as my billing address was and they shipped to wrong city!!! I asked for my money back or to ship it to the correct address but no response.

Received the package accordingly but it was not as promised at all. The music did not work and it can only shift between 4 different colours with only green laser stars, no milky way projections as in the add. Very disapointing! The remote is hard to use since the soft buttons dont respond very well when pushed, and the buttons on the projector seems to have no functions. All in all, it does emit some beautiful light BUT be aware it is a product of seemingly low quality.
